Posizione, funzionalità, accoglienza, gentilezza e disponibilità da parte dello staff, assistenza valida e tempestiva (problema con le pompe di calore risolto prontamente).
Eravamo a Milano per motivi di salute e tutto questo ci ha aiutato a farci sentire a nostro agio, quasi come a casa…
La presenza di zanzariere avrebbe reso ancora più gradevole il soggiorno.

It was a great stay. The easy checkin, location, roomy apartment. The apartment was close to coffee shops, grocery stores and transportation was very easy and near by (tram, metro and trains). And the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Ice trays might have been nice. But still really great stay!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la vue à partir de l'appartement, la proximité des transports, la qualité et confort du logement.
Résidence très calme, fermée et avec place de parking individuel pour stationner notre véhicule.

Los apartamentos estaban genial . Muy limpios, amplios, las camas muy cómodas. La zona muy tranquila y en tranvía estabas en 15 minutos en el centro de Milán. Lo mejor de todo la atención que Lora nos brindó. Super atenta en todo momento de que no nos faltara nada y de que estuviéramos cómodas. Totalmente recomendable.
