Very clean house, including all the necessary items. Location is very close to the tram line 15 and also to M2 metro line. Very quiet neighborhood. At the next street, there is a supermarket that you can find all the groceries etc. The kind host Stefano helped us too much during our stay. Highly recommended. Will prefer for the next time.

Stephano and staff very much make you feel special..and they work very hard to make the stay special. we loved the apartment and the neighborhood very much...fell in love with the balcony...loved Milan and the easy transportation.

Decent place, if you don’t mind the commute to the city center.

Well equiped, clean apartment and very helpful host.

It was quite far away from the city center. Public transport can be overwhelming as a tourist. The neighbourhood itself didn’t feel safe and there wasn’t anything to do in the area, and there were no nearby restaurants.

Loved Milan and the service received from the apartment was excellent.

We were delayed but someone stayed to meet us and show us around the apartment. Margherita was really helpful and advised us how to get around Milan and use the trams and metro. She answered all the questions we asked and made sure we knew which keys were for what and what the checking out procedure was. The apartment was very close to the tram stop was getting about was incredibly easy.

The very modern appartment had all the amenities, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine and even a dish washer. There was plenty of storage cupboards for clothes and shoes. An iron and ironing table available. Kitchen has all the necessities needed for cooking. Beds were comfortable. Large modern bathroom with good shower. The property has its own parking space (8 € per day). The communication with the owner Stefano was also perfect. He also helped us in planning our sight seeing very efficiently. The welcome was warm and professional, the customer care before, during, and after the stay was impeccable. A bottle of Prosecco and a Panettone were waiting for us as a welcome gift in the kitchen. This place is highly recommended and we will definitely come back again.

Lovely 1 bedroom apartment, completely equipped and very clean. The area is nice, the apartment is located 5 min away from the tram stop(direct line to Duomo) and 10 min away from the underground station Abbiategrasso. There are a few shops and pharmacies nearby. On our arrival we found a bottle of Prosecco and a panettone with a Happy Easter card which was a very nice touch.

The tv is quite old so you need lots of patience if you want to watch youtube or Netflix.

Perfect. Exactly as described. truly step and go - fully equipped as promised. Excellent service from Stefano who responded promptly even though it was Christmas. Location excellent- tram, supermarkets easy walk. Large terrace with seating and tables.

Lovely big apartment with everything we needed. Clean and comfortable. Stefano was very helpful! Location was a bit out of the centre but the tram is a 1 minute walk away which took us just to the Duomo. supermarket a 2 minute walk away. Great local cafe just around the corner where we had coffee and croissants ever morning.

The apartment was great, it has 1 bedroom and 1 living room and a very nice and big terrace. the location is also very good, it has a tram line very close, and a metro (green line) station that is 7 minutes away from the apt which we used. We stayed for a weekend (Thursday to Sunday) and our stay was very comfortable. The apt has a very good wifi, smart TV (Netflix and more), Laundry machine, and fully equipped kitchen. Overall I highly recommend booking this apartment in case you are visiting Milan.

It was a great apartment to just spend time with my family.

I like that the space was enough for our family. I also loved that the balcony goes all around the property. It’s a little far out from the centre but there are good transport links that are just walking distance from the property. The pictures posted don’t do justice to how nice the property actually was.

There was a lot of construction around but that didn’t bother us too much.

Stefano was very helpful, friendly and gave me lots of advice on places to go. Everything set out in a folder. Place was lovely, clean and everything you needed. Very good WiFi, easy access to shops. tram and metro walking distance too. Air conditioning in every room, its was very hot! Lots of wardrobe space too. Thank you, highly recommended!

A fantastic apartment, highly recommended

The apartment is very spacious, bright, spotlessly clean and has everything you need for a wonderful holiday. Easy check in, very secure and in a lovely neighborhood. The location is a 7 minute walk to the metro and a 2 minute walk to tram no 15 that takes you to The Duomo. We enjoyed the terrace, it is brilliant for eating breakfast and relaxing in the evening. It is an extremely quiet apartment, fantastic soundproofing. There are 2 local shops for groceries. Carrefour an 8 minute walk and Pam a 3 minute walk. I recommend this apartment 100% Stefano was fantastic, making sure everything was ok during our stay ❣️

A truly fantastic apartment! Everything you can think of is there. Even detergent for the washing machine. Perfect starting point to explore Milan. You'll be at the subway in no time. Very warm welcome by Stefano. And you'll get all the help you need. If there is something, you app him and you will be helped immediately. Very good price-quality ratio. Really recommended. We will come back for sure!

Definitely one of the best apartments I stayed in

Superb host - fully flexible with the check in, available & responsive during our stay. There was a folder with all important info for tourists - maps, public transport schedules, how to get to and from Milano's airports, useful phone numbers, how the heating system works, etc - in both Italian and English. Simply amazing!!! Apartment was clean, everything was as new. A bottle of Prosecco and a Panettone were waiting for us as a welcome gift in the kitchen. Apartment has a balcony and a huge storage room with all the appliances. Supermarkets are within 10 minutes walking distance and the nearest tram station ( tram 15 takes you directly to Duomo) is just four minutes away.

Home from home in Milano

Very friendly and helpful manager (Stefano). A spacious, comfortable and well equipped penthouse apartment with a great terrace. Fast WiFi, excellent kitchen and comfortable lounge with a large tv. I really enjoyed staying here; sad to leave after 3 weeks.

Hard to fault the beautiful apartment. Location slightly out of town, so you need to take the metro or tram to reach the city centre, but the location is very quiet and the neighborhood peaceful.

Cozy apartment with very nice staffs

The apartment was very nice, quite and clean with private parking. All equipments were well functional. It is closed to supermarkets and a nice bakery for breastfeed. There are several transportations to the city center. Stephano was very helpful. We had a systematic problem regarding the booking. Stephano reacted quickly and considered our needs.

There was a region nearby was very dirty. You may want to go to the city center directly instead of exploring around.

A lakás utólagos beépítés, a közfalak nagyon vékonyak, hallottuk a szomszédokat. 15 és 18 éves gyerekeinknek kényelmetlen volt a kanapéágy, panaszkodtak rá.
