Respectable Mr,Mrs. We booked COSMO HOTEL PALACE for two days. It was very excellent environment in everything in this hotel. If we visit next time in Milan so must book this hotel in every visit. Thanks a lot for all staff working there. They are very polite and helpful. God bless all of you.

As two girls interrailing around Europe, Hostel 3 was the perfect stop off for us. Not far from either train stations and easily accessible by the metro. I was a little worried after reading previous reviews but everything was fine. It’s nothing luxurious but it serves the purpose and does what it claims to; the water pressure in the shower was also really good. There are shops and a bakery just around the corner and the staff are very helpful and friendly. I found it difficult to find the actual property so I called and they came down to let us in, very accommodating and perfect for a short stop along the route. Great for the price :)

We showed up half an hour after the check in time ( in the email we got from the hostel it said we had to check in after 14, but if you look more carefully it has to be before 18). We were laid because oue bus were two hours laid. We called the number you have to call if you are late. But the person couldn't let us in. He helped us find another hostel though. I expected that the hostel wouldnt charge us for the entire amount, but they did, even though we didn't use the room.. I suggest them to updtae the email where it says you can sheck in after 14 to include that is must be before 18

Worst place i stayed in so far. We booked a 3 bed room for 2 people and the price was around 60€. Once we got there the person in the reception told us it would be 90€. I showed him the confirmation from hotels.com where it said the price was 60. He refused to accept it and told us it’s 90 and said there was taxes etc. I then showed him the confirmation again where it says all taxes are included. But he still refused. Because it was very late in the night we couldn’t find another place to stay and was forced to sleep there. You also need three seperate codes to get in to your room. One for the front door, one for the door in to the room area and one for your door. I went out in the night and the code for the outer door did not work and i couldn’t get in. After making a bunch of calls in the middle of the night i finally got a new code that worked. Worst place and experience ever!!

- The hostel location is near a metro station, super market, and everything you may need- Mobile app for opening the doors (key is an app) which is convenient, but I didn't have much space on my mobile to download this app- we stayed in a room with a double bed, was comfortable - 2 shared bathrooms for both genders, was clean, but the bath tub was a bit old- The corridor had a weird unpleasant smell- The website hotels.com didn't show us the taxes to be paid, so we paid extra 3 euro per person per night city tax, and 8 euro per person per night services, which was unexpected- No lift so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs

There were hidden changes until we arrived. 8euros per person per night. So that we have pay more 2+ euros per person. Share bathroom but most of man used the woman toilet more than 15 mins. When I was doing my make up in the toilet and did not closed the door, men will come and take a look. It make me feel unwell. But the staff is nice and helpful.

The room price was very low but they want extra money. So we should have booked more expensive place. It would be better. It became more expensive and this place doesn’t deserve this money. The rooms have smell bad. The rooms are not clean.

The hostel charges additional hidden fees for stays if you are late before check-in 18:00. After 18:00 they charge 25 euros, after 20:30 45 euros. This information is only sent as they withdraw money from the account the day before arrival. I gave up because my plane was delayed by 2 hours due to bad weather. For me it is a scam and a scandal. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. I wish I had read this review before.

This hostel is a scam and is working illegally, the payment you do in the booking is as they say just for reservation once you come there you are required to pay up to 50 euros extra. It should be closed.

addition fee and taxes charged more than original price. living condition is horrible. Temperary bed added, living with more than 6 ppl in a room which is supposed to house 4 only. The whole hostel shares only one toilet with bathtub.

It's a central place to go to the airport, it's quiet, clean and cheap.

I stayed 1 night at this hostel. I really do not recommend it. It was difficult to find it, and it wasn't central at all! The hostel was in the 3rd floor, no elevator, the bed wasn't comfortable. To get to the city center you had to walk 1 kilometer to the metro station, and it was at least 3 stops away from the center. When I was checking out at 7am I needed help to order a taxi, the guy in the reception was still sleeping, so I had to ask some nice people at a cafe nearby for help. Next time I'm going to Milan I won't come back to this place, I'm sure you can find cheaper and better hotels/hostels closer to the city center than this hostel!

Avoid this hotel if you can, it is less than basic. Two shared bathroom for whole place, incredibly loud, the walls seem to be made from paper. Breakfast poor.
