Great stay in a very lively area. My teenagers loved their stay.

Location, cleanliness and atmosphere.

A bit tired. The window shelf was unstable, cracked tiles in the main room and bathroom, chipped bathroom drawers; the locked hotplate couldn’t be ‘released’ from the child lock. The seal between the wall and marble top of the vanity unit in the bathroom. It was very noisy, up to 3am, from the two bars below.

The staff and the communication was pretty bad, there were a lot of things in the apartment that didn’t work: the light, the fan, the iron, the tv was broken, I got the apartment wet like they just cleaned minutes ago, The blankets in the bed were wet and the others dirty and stinky. when I complained about it the staff didn’t do anything but saying it was too late for complaining. The shower was pretty small and the beds really uncomfortable.

It was decorated cute.

There was no AC, no WiFi, the fan that was offered was black and filthy. The bathroom needs a deep clean. There were no instructions on finding the apartment and the host was not very responsive. It took her 20 minutes to give me directions while communicating with each other after I retrieved the key.

Short stay and fun to hang out and eat

The location was Great with lots of places to eat.

It did not have any sheets on top bunk for one of my kids to sleep in and no extra sheets to even put on it in the apartment. Missing a few basics in kitchen to make coffee and could not figure out how to use small coffee brewer. Says chocolates but we’re none.(just a minor disappointment there). It would be nice to have another extension plug in bedroom when it’s warm and a few fans are needed

Comfortable, could do with a sprouce up

Very Clean and had a great position on Navigli grande, close to the metro. Great if you want something where you can cook yourself or order food at home, as it’s well furnished

The automatic lock was faulty, you enter and exit the property alone but I had to call support to unlock the door as it wouldn’t connect. The morning after the door wouldn’t lock, and I was late to work as I had to wait for answer from the support staff as it wasn’t yet opening hour. Also the bathroom was oldish and noisy.

The location was great; Security was nice ( 2 gates before the apartment door ); Lots of restaurants and pubs in the area and no noise in the house

Not internet at all in the house ( they texted me 10 min before the check in saying that it was some “problems” with internet), no support from the host and no internet. The water pressure is really bad ( no pressure on the water in the toilet and in the shower ), what made going to toilet and showtime a bit difficult.

Overall, great the host was very helpful and the apartment in a smashing location and clean and tidy

Location, cleanliness and facilities were all excellent.

Gaining access to the keys was a bit tricky, the procedure wasn't anything like the video instructions, I had to phone for the lock box code, the lock box mechanism is a bit worn so getting it to open with the correct code is tricky.
