Beautiful place. Great location, and excellent restaurants around there

Maybe be a bit crowded the streets of the area.

The apartment is well located in a very vibrant side of the city, right on the Naviglio Grande, full of bars and restaurants, and 10 minutes away from Duomo.

Nothing to dislike about the property, just a comment/advice for the landlord to be more responsive in the future, they have some tight check-in policy where an exact time of arrival needs to be selected beforehand although as we were cruising through Europe the transport we took from France to Italy arrived 2 hours late and therefore our arrival was late at night. The landlord ended up accommodating us but the few hours before arriving were a extremely stressful as they were not answering nor messages or phonecall and they had a disclaimer saying that late check-in wouldn’t be available. Although once arrived and this problem solved the place is very nice and finally extended one more night.

On the positive side, the apartment is very well located in the Navigli district, which made it easy to explore the city.

The instructions for accessing the apartment were unclear and also incorrect, which made the check-in process quite frustrating. Additionally, the hostess had an unpleasant attitude, which made us feel unwelcome. Also, the air conditioning did not work, despite it being over 30 degrees outside. However, a negative point is that there was no shampoo or soap provided in the bathroom. On chair was broken.
