Location, the decor of the apartment and the quiet in the busy area
It was not easy to collect the key and they make you check-in by 20:00. the codes didn't work and we needed to call several times while standing outside.
No air condition
the room doesn't lock without a key so you cannot leave someone in and get out with a key.

On the positive side, the apartment is very well located in the Navigli district, which made it easy to explore the city.
The instructions for accessing the apartment were unclear and also incorrect, which made the check-in process quite frustrating. Additionally, the hostess had an unpleasant attitude, which made us feel unwelcome. Also, the air conditioning did not work, despite it being over 30 degrees outside. However, a negative point is that there was no shampoo or soap provided in the bathroom. On chair was broken.
