We are a family of four who stayed in Milan for four days and were very happy with our stay. The apartment was older, but spacious and had everything you need. The kitchen was fully equipped with a coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, and all kinds of utensils. In the bathroom, there was a washing machine, hairdryer, and various toiletries. The location was excellent, very close to everything and easy to get around the city on foot. Very friendly and helpful staff. They even had an office in the city where we could leave our luggage for free, which was much appreciated! The only minor downside was that the apartment’s sound insulation is bad. There is a tram line just outside, and you can hear the trams passing by all the time, which was very annoying at night.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and centrally located. However, my stay was made stressful by confusing instructions and weak support. • Address: Milan Retreats manages many properties, and searching online easily leads to the wrong location. The correct address was only in the voucher. If the Hotels.com listing address differs from the actual apartment, it is crucial that this be highlighted clearly as an important note before arrival. Because of this, we ended up dragging heavy luggage across cobblestone streets for 30 minutes before finally reaching the correct location — exhausting after travel. • Support channels: In the evening, WhatsApp is not monitored and guests are expected to call via carrier. As an overseas tourist, I purchased internet data (not international calling plans), so relying on carrier calls felt unreasonable. Having different channels (WhatsApp by day, calls by night) makes communication confusing for travelers. • Hot water issue: I had difficulties with the heater and couldn’t get timely assistance despite multiple attempts. Support only came the next morning, too late to resolve the problem during my stay. • Service tone: The replies I did receive came across as defensive rather than empathetic. Overall, while the apartment itself was fine, the lack of clear address reminders, the confusing contact system, and the physical effort required to find the correct

Nice place to stay clean and quiet area, It was a little hard to find since there's no sign of hotel name in the front but was able to find it. close to shopping center and the Cathedral. I recommend this place.

Great location to Duomo and shopping. 10 minute walk from property but lots of shops on the way there. Centrally located, air conditioning works well, communication was great and the washing machine was a plus (and they had a large bottle of detergent for us to use). Only drawbacks - one shower is a bathtub but there is no curtain or anything so water splashes everywhere, other shower is extremely small however the size of both bathrooms are big. 2 sofa beds in living room were decent and living room is huge. After the lift to second floor you will have a flight of stairs to climb to get to the apartment (just to prepare yourselves:-). Would most definitely stay here the next time in Milan. Value was worth it, accommodations were so good.

There is a lot of graffiti in the area, but that is common in Milan. We never felt unsafe. The location is great, within walking distance of some of the most important religious, artistic, and historical sites in the city. The apartment itself is nice, in good condition. There is an elevator to the second floor, then you have to walk up one more flight of stairs.

The location of the property was excellent, the staff were very friendly and helpful... But, There were 3 ACs' in the property but they were not working properly, I told them that, they tried to fix the problem but no, the problem was not fixed, even we couldn't sleep properly these nights, and there was mosquito inside the property which made the problem even worse

Great service!! Great communication with staff. The apartment we stayed in is beautiful!! We only stayed one night but as soon as we got in I wished we would’ve stayed longer. It is spacious, the biggest property we stayed in our trip through Europe. It has everything you need. The A/C works great.

We have to walk from the office to the property. The lady at the office instructed us not clearly at all. She keeps saying someone waiting for us at the cafe shop instead of telling us go straight to the address of the property. When we call , the man just keep saying stay there, we ask where we should stay? walking to the cafe shop or staying at the office. He just hang up on us. My husband phone is not working. We need to sign up the What’s up app to communicate with them. It is so confusion and tired we just got off the airplane. Please make sure the instructions should state ahead when we book the room and the host should meet us at the office .

The property was a perfect location to everything and super clean . We loved the apartment , it was really spacious for our family. However we did experience issues with the boiler not working so the water kept going hot and cold with no clear instructions on how to fix it . It would also be beneficial to have a few more keys instead of 1 as you need a key to access a few doors on entry to this apartment.
