Extremely attentive host. The host sent multiple, detailed instructions and videos for how to find the keys and followed up to see if we had received the instructions and whether we had found the property upon entry. He was very communicative and helpful. Property was spacious and clean and well located.

The only thing would be to have air conditioning in the property, or the ability to open the top windows (as the bottom doors/windows open out on the street so we didn’t want to open them).

The location was amazing, 2 min walk from Navigli channels and 20 min by tram to Duomo Self check in is simple Communication with the owner via whatsapp was fast and friendly I could check in at 3 pm by asking them. The apartment was ready and it was perfect timing for me. Thanks

I stayed 3 nights and the first one the air conditioning wasn’t working. The next morning the owner came and fixed it. Thanks for it. Just keep in mind that the first floor where the bed is will still be hotter then the kitchen with a sofa. Better not staying there in July or August or you may try and ask to turn it on before you come. Who knows, the owner might be nice and do it for you. Check in too late and check out too early.

The location is absolutely amazing a very short beautiful walk and you are in the center. If you are staying for one night for work and do not plan to cook, the apartment may be sufficient. However, for the price point and based on my frequent stays in Milan (at least once a week), I expected a higher level of basic essentials and service.

The apartment offers only the bare minimum. There was no soap, shampoo, dishwasher detergent, coffee, oil, salt, or sugar, and not even wine glasses—which felt unusual given we are in Italy. We purchased coffee ourselves, but unfortunately the moka was broken. I informed the host, but received no reply. There was also no response to our request for a baby bed. Additionally, check-in was not available until 4:00 PM, and although I requested an earlier check-in, I received no communication. Check-out was at 9:30 AM, which is unusually early for Milan where check-outs are typically between 10:00 and 11:00 AM. Under normal circumstances I travel alone, but this time I was with my husband and three children, which made the lack of essentials and communication particularly challenging. It would not take much to significantly improve the experience—simple amenities and responsive hosting would make a big difference. Unfortunately, it felt as though the host prioritizes the location rather than the quality of the stay or guest experience.
