Amazing! Would book again!

Was very clean and spacious. Area was great with many nice bars and restaurants and very close to the city centre with convenient transport lines nearby. Everything was clearly explained and staff reached out often to check on us and help out whenever we needed something. Loved it! Also gave us free bag storage so we could explore the city on our last day freely.

Comfortable, well managed flat with everything one needs, nice neighbourhood with a lot of restaurant options, very helpful and responsive staff

not a complaint but smt to be aware: all windows face the courtyard of the complex opening to the corridor where other tennants pass by, no windows on the street, may be a problem for privacy and security if you want to open the windows to get some fresh air

Everything was as described, and they even had the little details covered. From bottled water, to TVs that have Netflix (small details, but many hotels and apartments have a TV that doesn't allow streaming). Washing machine, coffee machine, and dishwasher all had plenty of pods, whereas most places only give enough for a day or two. The place felt like we could setup a short term home. Luggage storage included. Great experience and I would stay there again when back in Milan!

I forgot about the tourism charge that was additional to the fee charged by Booking.com. But that's something I forgot to consider, and the hosts made the process very easy so no problem. Just something to be aware of.

We loved the apartment and the location — it was perfect for a weekend in Milan. Everything was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Check-in was very easy, and the communication with the host was quick and helpfu. Great place to stay!

- We really appreciated the owner’s kindness and attentiveness. - The location is right on the Naviglio Grande canal. It’s very pleasant to step out onto the balcony in the evening and see lots of tourists strolling through the Navigli area.

Decent accommodation but needs repair.

The location was in the heart of Navigli.

The apartment was very difficult to enter. The lock would not work on the door. We spent about 30 minutes trying to get into the apartment. We were corresponding with someone who managed the property, but it was still very frustrating. Also, the outdoor light was not working, so it was very dark (and felt unsafe) at night. It feels like the property should be taken care of better. The owner needs to do some repairs to maintain the property.

Excellent location but flat needs some Italian love and attention

The bed in the second bedroom was a fold out sofa bed which was uncomfortable. No mosquitos covers on windows or door to garden. No soap or anything to wash hands/hair/face in bathrooms.

The information for self check-in was spot on. Everything clearly described, with even a video. Daniele was very helpful and showed real care, even recommended places to see or gave transport tips. The free luggage point at the city centre was really helpful for us.

The perfect stay for Milan

We had an amazing experience and will definitely be returning! From the moment we arrived, the stay was fantastic. We were allowed an early check-in, which was incredibly convenient. The room was spotless, with great AC and a central location. We also appreciated the thoughtful touch of complimentary toiletries and bottled water. On the second day, we requested a change of sheets, and Daniele responded immediately, sending someone to take care of it. The hotel also checked in with us via chat, which felt very personal and considerate. On our last day, they provided convenient luggage storage near the Duomo, which made our departure stress-free. The staff was so kind, and the lady at the desk even helped us book a taxi, which arrived within minutes. As a lovely gesture, we were also given a gift card for our next stay. A perfect experience, which we truly appreciated. We will definitely recommend this place to others!

Will be staying here again!

The property was huge and very clean! Location was perfect; very close to a lot of things. Lastly, the staff were so helpful and accommodating! They allowed my pregnant wife and I to check in a little early with no hassle, and they allowed us to leave our bags at their office after check out while waiting for our train. We will definitely be staying with them the next time we’re in Milan!

The location was Excellent. The staff were good.

There is no near parking. No elevators. We suffered to move our luggage from the street then to carry the luggage over the stairs. It was hard. The bed and pillows were not comfortable.

Comfortable, convenient location in a building with lots of character.

The location in the Navigli was wonderful. It is a very nice area of Milan. It is very close to the Metro and we were able to take the Metro to the Duomo and La Scala. The espresso machine was great for the morning. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Finding the location and room proved a little difficult for us, although we found it eventually. The host was helpful with messages, but it was just hard to navigate. The didn't give us the directions and address ahead of time. We originally went to the location listed on the booking and it was 15 minutes away from the actual location. We had a car and parked at the train station. We ended up paying almost $100 for parking overnight. We misread the sign and didn't realize it would be that much. It would have been helpful have had a parking recommendation.

The host was very approachable, the location was great for nearby walk to station or for walk down the canal. The property was clean and host had arranged for everything we asked for before check in. It’s a tram/train ride to Duomo. Also we found the location very lively and safe at night too especially as we travelled with kids.

Property was in a good location, only a ten minute walk to Duomo, a Great size apartment and had everything you need. The staff were great and on hand whenever you needed them and checked in every day to make sure everything was okay and if we needed any tips or recommendations for our stay

The water at the begging of the stay was turned off, the AC was making weird noises sometimes.

Not being told of renovations before arrival and having to manoeuvre luggage around all the works. This made the are dirty and unpleasant for the amount we paid for our stay. The show rose was missing outlets and made the water coming out of it like showing under a garden hose.

Great room with a view.

The location was really good for me, just by the canal where there were lots of places to eat/drink and it was nice to walk along the canal. Also, it wasn't too far from the main tourist attractions and there was a metro station close by. The bed was really comfy and the host was really great with contact and making sure everything was OK. There was a basic kitchen (hob, microwave, fridge) and pans, plates etc. I had everything that I needed. I was also able to leave my bag in their office on the last day before catching my flight home which was helpful.

It just so happened that there was some renovation work going on so I got woken up in the morning but I don't think that this is likely to generally be a problem.

Perfect place for our 3 night stay in Milano!!

The location of this apartment was perfect! The Navigli area is such a great area. Lots of food and bars for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city. This apartment is in a secure building with great views of the canal. Even though it is just above bars and the lively canal, you can hardly hear the action downstairs late at night. We slept peacefully all 3 nights we were there. The apartment was spotless. Very clean! Can’t say enough t about this experience!! Jerome was very helpful in making sure we got checked in easily and was very responsive during our stay!!

In the heart of the Milan night life

The location is very good. Close to metro (just less than 200m). In the heart of the night life. The staff responded very quickly to all my questions and requests (ie parking, towel change, luggage drop etc). Every other day cleaning and linen/towels were changed. Self check-in directions and communication before and after check in was also effective and useful. Kitchen equipment was enough, they’re offered bottled of water, coffee capsules and sugar in the kitchen.

Shower fixtures in bathroom need updating and repair. It’s not related with the house, but as the area is very lively area, outdoor noise is quite high until 2:00-3:00 am. If somebody is planning a quite holiday, needs to think about another area than Navigli. It’s good to have a toaster repaired.
