Great location and price

Great price and location for Milan! 20 min walk from the cathedral! Great place to just sleep in for a city break which is what we used it for! Great and helpful videos from the hosts for getting into the apartment

Missing a proper bin in the main bedroom for rubbish, and the shower leaks water into the floor quite a lot!

Lovely apartment in a safe central location

The location is excellent near lots of public transport and can walk to lots of things shop on doorstep and cafe

Worth the price.

The junior suite is on the second floor . You will have to take your luggage up. The room was bigger than expected. It was clean and comfortable for our one night in Milano. The room is dark. We like it but some people might not. It’s a quick walk to the duomo and the way has everything you might want to shop for food or stores in general. We tried to go by train or bus to the location but it was really hard. We got an uber from Milano centrale. If you arrive at mxp you can can get a travel bus to mxp and from there uber. We did everything walking after that! We had water, coffee and Kettle. The bed was okay. We were super tired from an international flight so for us was amazing! They have the towel heater in the bathroom and is a nice touch to get a warm clean towel after shower.

Wish we had more blankets an pillows because it was a frosting night. The shower is nice but if you put to much pressure on it, it will fill it up and start leaking outside. The biggest issue is that the room is close to an iron gate and other guest slam the gate and it’s Loud. I think is more about the guests being thoughtful and not an actual problem of the room.

Overall decent location and apartment

It’s a nice spacious place, good location. The tv is quite small but smart so could use YouTube and Netflix which was great.

The lighting is too dim. The bathroom did have extra lighting which was perfect but the other lighting was too dark. Also there was no instruction how to use the safe box. And no extra pillows either.

Safe, Comfortable and suitable for a city break place to stay

The property was nice inside. Albeit basic, the furniture and bathroom was modern and was perfect for a place to stay on a city break. It was close to the lively Navigli area, that is full of bars and restaurants, perfect for two 30 years old blokes on a city break. The apartment was secure, and opening doors, gates were all coded which made it feel secure. If I visit Milan again, it would make sense to stay again.

Nothing wrong with the property at all. It’s unfair of me to say it’s the properties fault, but if you’re being picky you’d prefer something closer to the centre, but that being said it’s only 10/15 minutes walk to Duomo or the metro and trams are very close by to make that’s 10/15 minutes more comfortable in your feet.

Great space in a lovely location!

The room was spacious and nicely laid out, the bathroom was lovely with a nice large shower. The location is also great 20 minute walk to Duomo, 5 minute walk to Navigli

Bathroom had a slightly musty smell at first and the shower tray leaks slightly onto the bathroom floor.

Do not come to this accommodation or city

Nothing. One of the worst accommodations I’ve ever stayed in. Looked like a very rough neighbourhood. Room was very small and no Aircondition. Has a small little fan for me and my partner. I think the bed had beg bugs; but I’m not entirely sure. Shower was decent sized but room got super steamy and hot very quickly. Would not recommend this place I was looking for another accommodation as soon as i checked in

Not as advertised. Don’t book.

Property is not as advertised. The room we were in is completely different to the one advertised, had the room we were in been on the advert we would NOT have booked. Mould in the shower. Pubic hair in the toilet. Half of the lights didn’t work, so it was pitch black. Very noisy too, it’s a party area. Pillows are non existent (so flat and bed very uncomfortable.) Don’t expect to enjoy much about this place.

The location and the building is very safe (cameras, codes etc.)

It looked completely different than the pictures, smaller, no bath. Hot water (sink) wasn’t working, no kettle, no coffee caps for the machine and the room was very dark.

Jeg kunne godt lide at det var tæt på centrum, men det er så også det eneste

Alt var nærmest defekt. Håndvasken virkede ikke ordentligt, toilettet kunne ikke skylle ud ordentligt, natlamperne virkede ikke, lyset var virkelig svagt derinde, der kom ikke varmt vand ud af bruseren, man kunne høre alt inde fra værelset som foregik på den anden side af hoveddøren. Jeg skrev til hosten og spurgte om vi kunne check-ind før kl 14, hosten har stadig ikke svaret mig og det er 65 dage siden jeg spurgte

Me gustó el estilo de la habitación, la amplitud y la ubicación tranquila relativamente cerca del centro.

Es muy oscura, le falta más luz y la calefacción no funcionaba pero por suerte no hizo frío.

Πολύ ωραίο κατάλυμα. Ευρύχωρο, μεγάλο, άνετο & ζεστό πάρα πολύ σημαντικό! επίσης , είχε άφθονο ζεστό νερό. Είχε όλα τα απαραίτητα. Ήτανε καθαρό, και κοντά στο κέντρο και σε συγκοινωνία, ακριβώς απέναντι από super market ! Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν κατατοπιστικός για τη είσοδο μας στο κατάλυμα , με αρκετά βιντεάκια ώστε να μη δυσκολευτούμε. Επίσης , όντως ήταν αρκετά σκοτεινό σαν δωμάτιο( εκτός του μπάνιου , που ήταν φωτεινό) αλλά για εμένα είναι ιδανικό το τόσο σκοτάδι. Το προτείνω. Επίσης, αρκετούς καθρέφτες.

Top locatie met een prachtige accommodatie, maar heeft z’n nadelen.

- De locatie ligt perfect in de navigli wijk als je voor vintage shoppen naar Milaan komt en naar de antique markt wil. - De accommodatie is prachtig. Zowel het slaapgedeelte als de badkamer zijn echt heel mooi. De douche is heel groot en doucht heel fijn met warm en/of koud water. - De airco werkt perfect! - Er zitten genoeg restaurants en koffietentjes in de buurt waar je heerlijk kan zitten. - De koelkast in de accommodatie staat heel koud! Dat was echt heel erg fijn. Aan de overkant van de accommodatie is een supermarkt waar wij drinken hebben gekocht voor in de koelkast. - De instructie filmpjes voor het binnenkomen van het appartement waren heel duidelijk! Dus wij konden alles zelf makkelijk vinden.

- Het was ENORM luidruchtig. Het stel naast ons konden wij elke nacht horen… Op zaterdag om 8 uur sochtends begon een meneer het onkruid op de binnenplaats te verwijderen met een machine. Op zaterdag avond/nacht kon je al het uitgaansleven voorbij horen lopen op straat. We hebben eigenlijk geen 1 nacht goed kunnen slapen door geluidsoverlast. - Wij waren er 4 dagen en hebben door de warmte eigenlijk wel 2x per dag gedoucht. Het was fijn geweest als we dan toch een schone set handdoeken hadden gekregen. - Zelfde geldt voor het Wc papier, we hadden 2 rollen gekregen. - Het bed lag niet fantastisch maar ook niet slecht. De kussens daarentegen waren niet zo fijn. - Er was niet heel veel verlichting waardoor het telkens wat donker was in de ruimte. Persoonlijk vonden wij dat niet heel fijn. Als je de gordijnen open deed dan keek iedereen vanuit de straat je kamer in dus na het douchen kon dat niet open voor extra licht. Maar dat is echt een persoonlijke voorkeur denk ik. - Het contact met de host was goed maar alleen via whatsapp. Via booking werd er niet gereageerd.

Très bien situé

Très bel emplacement, situé à 2 minutes de Navigli. Très pratique pour se déplacer, proche des stations métro, nous avons la plupart du temps optez pour le vélo électrique. En ce qui concerne l'appartement, la chambre était assez spacieuse ainsi que la salle de bain (très bien éclairé) et propre il n'y a rien à dire. Je recommande, bon rapport qualité/prix.

Par contre, je pense qu'il faudrait revoir l'éclairage dans la chambre car très très sombre malgré la lumière et tous les lampadaires allumés! Aussi, il y a un soucis au niveau du drain de la douche en 30 secondes la douche est pleine. Nous qui sommes restés juste pour passer la nuit, ce n'était pas hyper problématique mais ce sont des choses à revoir pour les futures réservations.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja obok kanału, dużo sklepów restauracji i prostą drogą spacerem do katedry Duomo. Piękna nowa łazienka i bardzo wygodne łóżko. Wanna w pokoju bardzo na plus. Dodatkowe pomieszczenie z garderoba, lodówka oraz deska do prasowania i suszarka na pranie.

W mieszkaniu był ekspres ale nie zostawiono nawet jednej kapsułki - mogłyby być dwie chociażby na ten pierwszy poranek. Bardzo problematyczne było zamknięcie drzwi do mieszkania, dostaliśmy instrukcje a mimo to zamek nie chciał się zamknąć - jeśli jest to aż tak problematyczne to czemu nie wymienić zamka na nowy?

La foto non è assolutamente corrispondente alla camera piccola senza aria consizionata e non pulita bene con ragnatele sul soffitto.

L’ host l’ ho contattato e non mi ha risposto per poter cambiare camera mi dice di conttatarlo su booking perchè su whatsapp non risponde. Assurdo brutta esperienza. Devi stare chiuso dentro che ti osservano le persone passando sul pianerottolo.

Chambre petite et sombre. Une chaleur invivable et une climatisation inexistante bien que mise en avant dans le descriptif du logement. Il faisait plus de 30 degrés dans la chambre tout au long du séjour. Une arnaque à fuir.

Les prestations ne sont pas à la hauteur du prix et des photos affichées. - Les installations électriques n’ont pas l’air très sécurisées. Les prises sont vétustes et le chauffe serviette est brûlant, sans possibilité de l’éteindre et de régler la température. - il manque de la literie (des oreillers supplémentaires au moins ou alors de vrais bons oreillers) - la lampe de chevet ne fonctionnait pas et il en faudrait une supplémentaire - quelques capsules de café adaptées à la machine et des sachets de thé seraient une bonne idée, comme partout en Italie… - une fois les indications envoyées, le propriétaire ne répond plus
