The apartment was fine overall, but there was a serious issue with the hot water. In the mornings, we only had about 5 m

The property is in a good location close to the Subway stop. Clean and great communication from Giulia before our arrival.

Issues with hot water. Only around 5 minutes of hot water per day.

It was an okay stay, worked well for our trip!

The place was easily accessible, clean and hospitable. The room was big and spacious! Three people could easily fit in well. They had plenty of towels and extra blankets

The bathroom cube is small! Although I noticed this with almost every other place I visited in Europe.

Csendes, biztonságos, bekerített szép parkban áll a ház, mókusokkal is találkozhatunk. Közel van a szupermarket. Jó a közlekedés, villamossal, vagy metróval a központba jutunk. Három villamos megállónyira a Viale Papiniano-n kedden és szombaton hatalmas utcai bolhapiac működik.

Locatie, rustige omgeving, geen geluid van verkeer, en toch snel in het centrum. tram 14. En fiets verhuur aan de andere kant van de weg.( Team nl huis erg dicht bij.)

Tres bien situé

Appartement tres bien situé, acces rapide au centre et au quartier navigli en tram et au marché a 20min a pied. Garage proposé avec supplément tres pratique et l’hôtesse a été tres arrangeante.

Très bruyant, les murs sont fins, les voisins du dessus et d’a côté sont tres bruyants jusqu'à tres tard dans la nuit (chaises traînées, mixeur, cris...), Attention douche tres étroite.

Un studio confortable idéalement placé

Le studio est au calme dans une résidence boisée : les écureuils courent partout alors qu'on est en ville. Il n'y a pas de bruit. Les équipements sont basiques mais il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un séjour agréable ( de quoi cuisiner, laver le linge...). L'arrêt de tram pour le centre ville historique est à 2 minutes à pied. Le métro est à 6 minutes à pieds. Il y a aussi des commerces, des restaurants...

Localização boa e apartamento completo para estadia.

Anfitrião muito solicito, ficou aguardando a gente para entregar as chaves. O apartamento é bem completo e estava bem limpo, tem bondinho que leva ao centro em frente ao prédio, 15 min está no centro.

A água quente é bem pouca, precisa tomar um banho bem rápido, do resto, tudo 10.

Grandes huéspedes y buena localización

La amabilidad de Giovanni merece comentarse! Te explica todo perfectamente. Respecto al alojamiento tienen mucho espacio de almacenamiento tanto del armario como de la cocina. Las ventanas son buenas y no se escuchaba el exterior. Por último, la localización estaba cerca de la zona de bares de Navigli pero lo suficientemente separada como para no estar molesto por ruidos

La única pega que le pondría es que la nevera hacia bastante ruido por las noches, y al estar la misma habitación que la cama complicaba un poco el dormir

Ubicación.

Alquilé ahí, porque en 3 ocasiones en el anuncio, dice que tiene parking. Al llegar, quien me dió las llaves, me decía que no tenía parking, insistió. Hasta que llamó a la propietaria quien le confirmó que sí estaba incluído. EL parking está fuera del edificio, de tamaño para un coche muy pequeño. Eso deberían remarcarlo en el anuncio.

Gute Unterkunft in ruhiger Wohngegend nahe dem Viertel Navigli

Kleine, aber gut ausgestattete Unterkunft mit bequemem Bett in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet westlich der Innenstadt. Hervorzuheben ist die Lage 15 Gehminuten entfernt vom Bar- und Restaurantviertel Navigli. Bis zum Duomo im Zentrum braucht man circa 40 Minuten zu Fuß, es fahren aber auch Bahnen. Gegen eine Gebühr konnten wir unser Auto in einer Garage abstellen. Citytax war ebenfalls noch vor Ort zu zahlen. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war unkompliziert und schnell. Ihre Nichte übergab uns die Schlüssel zu Wohnung und Garage, die Abreise war flexibel. Gute Unterkunft, um Mailand zu erkunden, wenn man nicht unbedingt direkt im Zentrum sein will, nachts nicht durch Lärm geweckt werden möchte und einen sicheren Parkplatz für das eigene Auto braucht.

Ok per i puffi magrissimi.

L'ho scelto per la posizione, è a due passi da casa di mia figlia

Il bagno era adatto ai puffi o ai sette nani. Si riusciva a mala pena ad entrare nella doccia, non potevi neanche piegarti per lavare le estremità. Niente bidet, la tazza attaccata al bidet, niente bagnoschiuma solo residui di shampoo probabilmente lasciato da altri clienti precedenti. Appena arrivati abbiamo fatto notare la mancanza del bidet e ci è stato fatto notare che nelle foto del sito si vede. Io veramente per primo ho visto foto di un bagno con bidet, doccia adeguata e dimensioni accettabili. Solo più avanti ci sono le foto del micro-bagno, in questo caso sarebbe stato più corretto al momento della prenotazione dire che non tutte le stanze ne erano provviste.

Je re-decouvre Milan …du bonheur!!!

J’ai tout aimé ! Le contact premier avec mes hôtes, leur disponibilité, leurs conseils TOUT. Merci à Giulia qui m’attendait à mon arrivée!! La situation du studio dans un parc (écureuils…lapins)!!!! Du bonheur à l’état pur !!! Coin très zen alors qu’il est sur une grande avenue…plein de restaurants, de charmantes boutiques, de commerces . Très bien desservi : tram, bus,métro ! Je recommande fortement ce studio , vraiment idéal pour un séjour « comme chez soi » !!! Merci Giulia !!!

Signora Emilia e Giulia sua nipote tutte e due erano gentilissime e mi hanno aiutato con istruzioni su come arrivare all alloggio, mi hanno pure informato sullo sciopero

sono arrivata alle 9 di sera. Non c'era neanche una bottiglietta di acqua da bere e la mattina dopo mi sono resa conto che non c'era neanche un po di caffe. Se si arriva cosi tardi, queste cose vanno offerte all'ospite gratis. Almeno in tutte le stanze in cui sono stata (e viaggio molto per lavoro) e' cosi'.
