Very average, good location.

The location was the best feature of the property.

Where to begin: we were a group of 6 people who explicitly demanded 4 separate bedrooms. Upon arrival, we realised that the flats have 1 bedroom each and the other “bedroom” is an area of the flat/separated by a room divider and/or sliding door/ with sofa beds. This was not explicitly described in the ad and I was told by management that this was visible in the photos, which it wasn’t. The second major issue was the furniture which in both flats we had was cheap and tired: cracked corners, bed-frames with peeling fake leather, etc. The hygiene in the flats was also not outstanding with dust around the furniture and very average cleaning. The worst of all was that in Mentana II we were plagued by a horrible sewage smell coming from the bathroom which was unstandable and was coming through both the shower and sink drain. This was not a pleasant experience for a group of friends celebrating the New Year’s in Milan! On top of everything, it seems there was an issue with the locks on the front door on January 1st and we were left outside for a while before figuring out what has happened - nobody from the management of the properties decided to let us know that there might be an issue with the locks and accessing the flats.

No value for money- not a good service

This property is managed online There is no physical person to help you I arrived late around 10 pm and no one was there to help They gave me wrong password so I was stranded outside with my family there is no contact number which helps you 24/7 There is no sofa in the Appartment There is no luggage storage area in the building itself If you want to leave your luggage you need to walk 15 minutes with the luggage to drop the luggage

Good value for money but could be better

The flat is located at peaceful and central piazza. All major attractions, shopping streets, supermarkets, both fine-dine and casual restaurants and a few metro stations you may need are at 10-15 minute walking distance at maximum. Kitchen was very well equipped. Guests can easily cook should they need. Beds are comfy, room is spacious and clean, equipments are well maintained and work well. I especially recommend the place to families with kids.

It is a hassle not having a luggage storage option at the facility. Guests are welcomed to leave their bags at a central lobby but it is 1+ km far from where I stayed and is not open for 24 hours. It requires guests to plan their check-in and check-out days accordingly. There was a smell in the bathroom. We could not find the source and it was OK when the door was closed but it needs to be fixed. Communication with the hosts should also be more seamless. It would be good to have a number to call in case of an emergency or problem. Hosts communicated with me via Whatsapp and email and they were responsive in general but I could not get response on Sunday to something I asked for example. Lastly, the hosts can be more generous in complimentary beverages/refreshments. It was somewhat limited.

Its ok not perfect due to lack of facilities

We stay for five days we provided with only one set of towels per person……no Ventilation in bathroom……bathroom sink jammed……shower was very slow…….safe was not working…..no direct communication with the owner……they only reply through messages with a longer response time…..they have only one code for the locker which is also not working…..if you paid approximately 200 euros per day you expect some better facilities……no cleaning for five days if you need extra towel they will charge you 15 euros….soap in bathroom have filled not so good toiletries…as they had written when you book they will provide high rated toiletries……you have to throw your garbage self…….

The staff were very very helpful, pleasant and professional.

The bathroom had a rancid, unbearable sewage, septic smell. It was unbearable and it ruined the whole experience. As a professional mountain guide, the pit toilets on Mount Everest smelled 100 times better.

Comfortable stay

It was an excellent stay for 3 nights with my daughter. The apartment was very clean and has all the facilities we needed, we even used the washing machine. Tea, water and coffee were nice to have on the first day. The location is near all the attractions (10 mins walk to the Duomo), the Metro and the Tram. Also there were loads of restaurants and cafes near by. We enjoyed our stay.

Loved the location, nice having 2 bathrooms. Beds and pillows are very firm.

The location was very convenient to numerous restaurants, nightlife and all the tourist attractions.

The hanging chair and dining chairs are the only seating in the apartment- which weren’t that comfortable. The bed is very firm and the pillows were even firmer. The “second bedroom” is located off the kitchen with a privacy screen, no door.

easy check in, nice apartment with elevator, 10 min walk to cathedral. they accommodated our need for a crib. the communication was smooth, apartment was clean. we would recommend this place. tv available in dining room and second bedroom (not visible on pictures)

Not a big deal at all, but the mirror light needs to be replaced. sadly the canalization smells a bit but this is nothing they can adjust and it’s only noticeable in the bathroom.

A pretty good short stay in a bright and well-located flat

It was interesting accessing the property via App, quite convenient with less stress on check in times. It was located on the 5th floor with lift in a relatively safe and quiet piazza (except during the day when you could hear kids screaming and bells ringing from a neighbouring school) within walking distance to Cordusio. Several metro stations were around 10 mins’ walk away, you were between main sights like the Duomo, San Ambrogio, Naviglio, Brera, the Castle etc. They offer luggage storage but in their office somewhere else. The flat was good-sized with an equipped kitchen though we only used the Nespresso machine and the electric kettle. There was a washing machine in one of the bathrooms which we didn’t use either. If you do, there is a drying rack in the balcony. The flat was bright, modern and nicely decorated. The bathrooms were a bit dated, but there were 2 of them which was comfortable when it came to privacy. All in all we had a good stay because what we needed during this trip was space.

Lights in several places like the main bathroom and both bedrooms were not working when we arrived, and I dislike dim places so it was a bit frustrating. They were very responsive when I contacted them, and someone came the next day and restored light to the bedrooms, though not the bathroom, so I could see much of my face when I was washing it. The heating was also a bit off, it didn’t seem to work on our first and last nights. And we were in Milan during a particularly cold week in Jan. The second bed seemed to be a sofa bed so it was not the most comfortable.

Location near the Catherldral and Milano old town and church. Close to the all the heritage attractions, walking distance to the tram and metro station. Apartments with full equipment.

Inside Doors are not “ doors “ which means that you hear everything ! we choose this apt to divide 3 persons, but whithout doors was not possible :( we didnt sleep at all :( and door of bathroom didnt work at all !!! :((( And in the kitchen at least the salt could be … So i can say we are very disappointed and it doesnt worth the money we paid for this apt …

Would come back!

Perfect location to explore the city! You have everything you might need in severals minute walking distance (main square, shops, grocery, big paid parking spot etc). The apartment itself was exceeding our expectations. Extremely clean and well equipped, all we needed were there - comfortable beds with good linens, towels, toiletries, capsules for coffee machine, for dishwasher and washing machines, dishwashing liquid with sponge and some bottles of drinking water. To check in you might need to install the application, but instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Highly recommend to stay there!

Not really a disappointment, but the apartment was equipped with a big roll of paper towels in the kitchen instead of kitchen towel.

the highest temperature all 3 days was 19c !!! we slept in jackets and my wife caught illness, children were always crying of cold, personal 2 days told it we solved and after said "it's condominium temperature - nothing we can do with it", 3 split systems in room could not be switched on to heating also because “outdoor blocks are switched off on winter time” it was a nightmare!!! we were happy leaving this place

Una belleza de departamento

El departamento divino, impecable, súper cómodo, bien decorado. Edificio moderno,excelente.cocina muy completa, lavaropas, lavavajillas, para vivir realmente. La ubicación perfecta. También es destacable la atención de la anfitriona ante un tema con la calefacción que tuvimos y se preocupó por solucionar.

Hacía mucho frio, enero, y la calefacción no calentaba lo suficiente y a pesar que tenía un termostato para regular nunca subía de los 21 grados, luego nos explicó que también dependía del edificio y no solo del departamento,vinieron a intentar arreglarlo pero siguió igual. En el baño se juntaba demasiado vapor y algo de hongos en el techo debido a que no hay extractor y si bien tiene una ventana, a causa del frío no podía estar abierta. El calentador de toallas no funcionaba.

Pasamos frío durante la estadía por desperfectos de las instalaciones. Al reclamar no hubo solución ni predisposición para dar otra solucion como mantas o estufa portátil. Una lastima. Deberían mejorar la forma de comunicación y solución de problemas
