The room was clean and the staff helpful (kept my luggage after check out hours). However, there was a smell in the room, and the bathroom was very narrow, making it a bit hard to move. But the most inconvenient part of the stay, was the fact that in the morning of the check out (28/10), a while after 8:00 o clock there was a crane doing maintenance work at the balcony exactly next to mine. The result was that it woke me up and to make matters worse, there were constant loud thuds for the whole 3 hours left till the check-out. I was trying to work, which was very troublesome in terms of focus and couldn’t even take a bath before leaving, as the work that was being done (I assume with some kind of hammer) made the wall “tremble”. I can understand the fact that works need to be done, but considering this is a “hotel” building, it would have been thoughtful for the customers to try to have any such work done at least closer to the check out time. This both woke me up and made my working from the room very difficult.

I would stay here again. Everything was great. Tv didn’t work but I received late check out instead and we didn’t have time to watch tv anyway. Balcony is beautiful.

I chose a room with the bed on a mezzanine above the shower room, as I had seen reviews which said this was a proper bed, and comfortable, rather than a sofa bed. And yes, it was comfortable, and quiet. When sitting up, my hair just brushed to ceiling. Step ladder to the mezzanine was steep, as expected. Only issue is that once at the mezzanine, it could have done with a half-step as it was a big step to the bed, which could, be more difficult for shorter people. I'm, an average height man, early 60s, and staying for 5 nights, and would definitely stay again. Location is great, 2 mins from Cadorna station, perfect for the Malpensa express. 5 mins walk from the castle, 10-15 mins walk from Duomo. Next to rail, tram and metro lines. Also, price is great.

Nice place, bed was soft but good enough. Clean, organised, full of appliances for my opinion. When the vent was on during the day (compulsory), it was not quiet enough but it was kinda fine, though it was accompanied by a mildew smell, that went away when the vent is off at 5pm. I had no mirror in the apartment. Also, could hear people walking upstairs. Overall, would reccommend as it is kinda cheap for the area.

I was without Internet for two days, I got tired of calling them, they promised me that they would install a router for the Internet, they never came, they never installed that device. It was very cold. I had to stay in 1/4 without Internet, it was horrible.

Good place to spend the night, excellent location. The bed is a sofa bed, and when it’s opened it takes up most of the space. As usual with sofa beds, it’s not the most comfortable. I was able to walk to all the places I wanted to go, and a train/subway/tram station is right next to it.

I really lucked out booking this property. As a first time solo traveller I didn’t want to stay in an Air B&B as I didn’t want to be totally on my own in a foreign country but hotels were way out of my budget. I appreciated B Village as they had a reception if I ever need advice etc. the apartment was nice and I quite enjoyed just hanging out in it at night. The location is the best part it is next to the Cardona station and really in the centre of the city I walked to everything I wanted to see but could also easily get the tram or metro. Sometimes it was a little noisy but that’s what you get with old buildings. The water pressure was great and I was so glad for the air conditioning even though it was October. On my last day I had a late flight and was prepared to go off and find a luggage store when reception offered to store my bag free of charge. If I come back to Milan I will stay here again. Great place on a budget.

Didn't check me into the hotel and didn't make me aware if i didn't get there before 11pm i would lose my booking for the night. Called the emergency number all night and no one answered, spent the night on the street... Hotel takes no responsibility for not offering a late check in.... I got to the building for 00:15 and apparently this is unreasonable. Do not book here, they won't let you in the room and will take no responsibility for the fact they didn't

This met my needs perfectly and I loved there was a kitchenette. The room I stayed in was just big enough for one person, but be advised that if you get a room with the bed up the ladder, it is a steep climb. The only weird thing was that the room had absolutely no mirror anywhere. The bathroom was also small and a bit cramped so be aware.

Beautiful architecture in the streets around the property. Previous review had mentioned noise from teams but we didn’t notice this at all. The room and facilities was immaculate, nicely decorated throughout, and the view for the balcony was beautiful. The bed was firm and comfortable. The front desk staff were warm and friendly and very helpful. I should also recommend a day trip to Lake Como. The metro is a few feet away (literally) — catch the underground to the Milan Central, then a bus to Como Lago (€9) — only takes 1 hour and it is spectacular! Alle Terrazze Como was wonderful as view over the lake and fantastic staff. However, watch for hidden extras in restaurants in central Milan. Again, this appartmwnt/hotel was absolutely perfect. We will definitely chose this hotel/apartment again.

The property is very close to the Milan north train station. It is clean and easy to access. The mattress is a little bit uncomfortable, but it’s OK for a night or two I think. All the attractions are within 10-15 minute walking Distance. They limited dining options in the evening, but if you walk 10 minutes, you’ll find something. Overall, the area is really quiet and I would stay there again.

If you're flying in from Milan Malpensa, this place is perfect, as it's practically next door to Cardona train station. Great service, and really clean, the mini apartment was perfect for a solo traveller like myself. The only real drawbacks were the wifi is pretty average, so don't count on it being super fast, and the neighbourhood, although nice and clean and safe, there aren't any bars, so you'll need to jump on the metro to the canal area or Isola... but the castle and the park are right around the corner!

Cleanliness is big for me. The sheets had stains on them and the pillows. There was no blanket on the bed and I found it in the closet all balled up. The walls have marks and tons of scratches and needs some fresh point. I just didn’t feel it was clean at all. Great location. Close to train and subway and walk to duomo everyday was always easy. Front desk staff was nice and helpful. They were supposed to send me my codes ahead of time and they didn’t.

Nice looking studio flat but extremelly uncomfortable sofa bed. Woken up with a very bad sore back that I had for the whole day. In such small place there isn’t really a reason to have a sofa so why not swap them with a proper bed? The apartment was clean
