Nice family apartment in Milan.

Nice kitchen. Well stocked. Comfy beds. Quiet location. Good value

Location in Chinatown might not be for everyone. Good food options. Shower was a bit broken. Had to tape the fridge together. Nice flat just in need of a bit of maintenance.

Good price/Quality apartments

The keyless entry / check-in and check-out are really useful. No annoying key to lose and of somebody wants to sleep earlier. They always can. The host was very friendly and responded quickly. It was a pleasant stay.

The overall hygiene and Quality of the stay was good. Only minor things where the humid spots on the walls where the paints peels of a little. You can hear some noise from the street and from the karaoke place next door: karaoke world. I would recommend the place for 10 people max. 12 would be a little overcrowded in my opinion.

Great place to stay with friends for a quick visit to Milan

Location was great, the loft is very spacious and clean. The host was super helpful and very kind, suggested several restaurants, tourist attractions, and responded very fast at any question we might have

The mattress of the sofa was a little bit worn out, but for a weekend it was OK.

The property was very clean (well done cleaners) Good shower and comfortable bed.

The place was very tired with old furniture and it needed a bit of a paint. The pictures were misleading and it wasn’t the apartment that we saw in the pictures I am afraid. Lack of cutlery and crockery ie. 2 knives but 6 forks and spoons. Missing coffee cups and glasses. Microwave didn’t work and old cheap toaster and fridge.

Nice stay but some improvements needed to the property

The place is located centrally with tram stops close by and plenty of eateries and supermarkets. The place is also quite affordable based on the extremely expensive Milanese hotel prices. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable.

The place is old and worn - it isn’t what it looks like in the pictures. The walls need a fresh coat of paint and the bathroom tiles need thorough cleaning. I personally feel that if you like to take your time to get ready in the morning, It is not suitable for more than 4 people because it has only one shower and it can take forever to get ready.

Great apartments on a great location!

The stay was great. We booked 3 apartments for a group of 9 friends and it was pretty much perfect. There was this little patio between the apartments where it was nice to sit. The host contacted me via Whatsapp to give instructions how to enter the apartments and all the door codes worked very easy.

Not all the rooms were prepared on our arrival, so the cleaning lady yelled at us for entering the apartment whilst it hasn't been cleaned yet.

The location is not that central, you have to walk to take public transport to wherever you are going but otherwise the apartment is great. It was clean, in a safe neighbourhood, had everything we needed and was excellent for what we needed during our stay in Milan. Would recommend it!

Very pretty, well located but problems in the kitchen.

The apartment is beautiful and modern. The location is very convenient. The staff was responsive.

The kitchen extractor was broken and all the air was extracted to the same kitchen so all the flat got all the smells from the kitchen. The oven was dirty, the sponge for washing dishes was old and dirty and there was no replacement, and some kitchen tools were missing. The host could solve the problem of the sponge and the kitchen tools.

Spacious apartment in the centre of Milan. 20 minds walk to the castle, then easy to explore further from there to see Via Dante, Il Duomo and the Last Supper etc. Made a great layover location fur a day before flying on.

It was lovely; however, our apartment did not look like this one in the picture which is what we were hoping for and the washing machine did not work. We were a little disappointed but overall it was a great stay.

Host was friendly and responsive. Very helpful with clear instruction on check in and check out. He even text me on my kid's forgotten jacket and willing to help to return.

Nothing to do with 'Luxury" as described. Apartment layout can be improved, high traffic space (kitchen, dining, living) very cramp, less traffic space like bedroom and loft was spacious. Lighting can be more well design and kitchen amenities can be improve.

Spacious Chinatown Loft made a great base for exploring all of Milan.

Location was perfect for us because we wanted to eat frequently in Chinatown. As it turned out, it was a great base for exploring Milan: 30 minute walk to Milan Duomo, 45 minute walk to Navigli, 20 minutes to Sforza Castle, and 15 minutes to Park Sempione or Piazza Gae Aulenti (heart of Porta Nuova area = skyscraper & business district). Trams 12 & 14 stop nearby (within 300m). Closest big rail station is Milan's Porta Garibaldi Station (about 1 km away). From Porta Garibaldi, one can also take the Milan Metro. Chinatown was a great place for eating out. Because of rising Covid-19 numbers, we only did take-out. Our favorite Chinatown places were Baozi (Chinese Bao place), Fusho (serves Sushi Burritos), Houseki (Sushi-Sashimi) & Mr. Time (Chinese bakery). Bringing our goodies back to the Loft to eat was very easy & comfortable. This Loft is fully equipped (plates, cups, cutlery, pots, pans, etc. There is even a toaster!). We loved this place: clean, nicely decorated, comfortable beds, 2 toilets & a hot shower, LOTS of space, on the ground floor and had everything we needed (refrigerator, stove, hairdryer, towels, warm blankets, some comfortable pillows). There was also a laundry machine, dryer & iron. Though we never saw our host, Matteo, he was super responsive via WhatsApp or the Booking Messenger. We had great communication with him & felt very welcomed. Grazie mille Matteo!

Loft is next to Party World --- which is a dance & karaoke club. Party World starts about 8 PM and closes around 3-4 AM! Their dance music & karaoke singing is very audible in the Loft & less so in the downstairs bedroom. We stayed Saturday to Wed., and every night there was a big party. My husband & I slept through it all, even without ear plugs --- maybe because we spent every day walking 12+ km exploring Milan. However, both of our teens had trouble sleeping because of Party World's noise --- though one teen slept in the quieter bedroom.
