No heating for the first 6-7 hours. WiFi not working.

The opposite of a quiet place.

Close proximity to Gerusalemme train station for Metro access. Apartment could use a good cleaning, very dusty. Difficulty in accessing entry without Internet connection - needed to open main door.

Good location for what I needed and spacious. Was clean on first impression but there was an ant infestation. The bins hadn’t been emptied and it was very hard to find the cleaning materials. I had a late checkin and I felt very vulnerable with the arrangement for which I had to chase. Better blinds are needed in the bedroom. The apartment itself felt secure and was quiet. The aircon was a god send. The bed and pillows were moderately comfortable. The kitchen was moderately stocked with cooking appliances and crockery.

Impossible to sleep because the aircon wasn’t efficient at the grow floor and the temperature really high. And for bedroom at the underground because there is a strong smell of humidity.

Overall a really nice place. Very clean and obviously made for visitors. Everything was Ikea. It isn't like renting out someone's place, which I was originally concerned about. Quality was like a good 3-star hotel. Lots of storage, so I can imagine staying here well for an extended time. The management was very helpful and easy to communicate with, though less convenient than at a hotel since they were several stops away on the subway. For instance, we wanted to get a second set of keys and had to travel over there. The area was very quiet, except there are two restaurants that share the courtyard and about half the nights they would decide to throw glass bottles into the recycling repeatedly as late as 11:30pm or as early as 5:30am, which woke us up. That's the only thing that would make me consider trying another place next time I'm in Milan. Overall, a good experience and comfortable place.
