Location was excellent. It was within reasonable walking distance of Milano Cadorna train station. And we could get to El Duomo, the Last Supper and the Leonardo da Vinci Museum of science and tech easily by walking as well. The room was spacious: a bedroom with a comfortable spacious bed, a bathroom and a separate living area with kitchenette.
There is a bit too much noise from the trams below us on the street. The shower was small and hard to navigate without fear of slipping. We had to refill our own coffee, provide our own shower gel and there were only two rolls of toilet paper for three people for nearly 4 days. And I don’t think we ever found the microwave! The sofa bed seemed to have a severe valley/indentation in the middle which our adult daughter found intolerable to sleep in.

Good location and good space.A quite room
Lack of facilities. Need more furniture to sit and relax. If you're looking for a practical kitchen then this apartment is not for you. There was no microwave on arrival and we got one after 2 days. No work surfaces in kitchen to work. No oven gloves. Need more lighting in sitting room.

Located in the heart of the old town
Property is very dated. Not very comfortable for my family. Didn’t even have any towels.
