Location and layout.
The food needs to improve, a better shower and toilet system and the electrical system needs to be overhauled such as fixing lights and plugs.

Beautiful Villa with a private pool. Great atmosphere with a lush garden, and a restaurant. Everything was pristinely clean (including the pool). The staff were extremely friendly and helpful at all times.
The location is good but not perfect, 10min walk from Sanur beach. Also the beaches nearby are clean and nice, but nothing stunning compared to high Bali standards. This is probably on us not researching enough, though.

The villa was much bigger than expected based on the photos. The villa and the swimming pool also allowed full privacy. The swimming pool was wonderful. The shower over bath so many people complained about wasn't a problem - it was easy to get in and out. Very nice staff and a great location, just a stone's throw away from the beach.
It would have been nice if in addition to the bath towels, there were also hand towels. There was not enough sockets next to the bed.

Staff are helpful and friendly which is typical of Bali
The overall Maintenance needs improvement, Main pool was cloudy the whole time we were there, Pool light in our villa was flickering and disconnected from fixing, room had a smell to it
