A perfect place to decompress after long travel, with thoughtful touches, exceptional staff

After two months working overseas, I stayed here for two nights on my way home and it was exactly what I needed. The grounds are lush, green, and beautifully maintained, and the whole place has a calm, peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are impeccably clean, and it is the little touches that really stand out, such as mosquito zappers in the room, gorgeous-smelling toiletries, and complimentary drinks in the minibar.The hotel is incredibly relaxing. The staff were exceptional. They were genuinely friendly, over-the-top helpful, and very responsive to messages. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. They also organised my airport transfer exactly as promised. The driver was there on time, the price was very reasonable, and the whole process was completely stress-free, which mattered a lot as I was pretty worn down with travel at that point. Breakfast, which was included, was fantastic. After months of struggling to find a truly decent coffee, it was such a pleasure to finally have one. The spa is gorgeous. I spent three hours there and it was deeply relaxing and excellent value for money. Room service was prompt, the food was delicious, and prices throughout the hotel were very reasonable. A beautiful place to reset and recharge. I left feeling rested, well cared for, and very glad I chose to stay here. I will absolutely be going back and plan to make this my regular place to unwind before heading home.

One of the place with the nicest and thoughtful people I ever been

Everybody was so nice, helpful and kind. I arrived days after my birthday, and they made a surprise for me. It was so nice and warm. Ita and Adi, are among the two we really enjoyed their company and conversations. It’s a nice place where thoughtful people make you fall in love more with the place, the people, the culture

Beautiful hotel with excellent food, but a little off the beaten track.

The property setting is very picturesque and the staff are exceptional! Rooms were well equipped and spacious. The pool area was clean and inviting. Great shuttle bus service to town.

Most of the sunbathing area around the pool are shaded which was a little annoying. Quite a way out of town and from the beach. Although it is walkable, there are busy roads that need to be negotiated and these were dangerous!

We are returning as we loved our stay!

Love the staff in every area of the hotel. The reservation staff, wait staff, housekeepers, and every single person was kind, considerate, and respectful. All of our needs were met as quickly as possible. The property is tucked away from the bustle of the area. A quick Grab ride and you are at the Beach. The breakfast is 5 star!

5 star boutique resort

This is a beautiful smaller scale resort that is an oasis of itself. The staff are so attentive and kind, your every need is catered for. The food in the restaurant was the best we had all holiday. The rooms are very comfortable and the service around the pool also excellent.

It’s a little out of the way, a walk to the main part of Sanur is not in itself a big deal but you cross a really busy road that’s not very safe.

Perfect relaxing holiday

The resort is fantastic, very clean. Restaurant was wonderful and the staff are lovely and caring. Could not fault anything. Would stay here again. Special mention to Ita, Pandi and Bayou, there service is impeccable.

Location in the way of being further away for beach and restaurants, however they have a shuttle bus every 2 hours that takes you into the centre of Sanur.

Friendly staff, delicious breakfast. The swimming pool is not covered by sun like you see on the pictures but still very nice. Nice spa facilities

The gym equitment could use a upgrade, also the location was nog the best, you need to cross over a busy road to get to Sanur shopping area. There is a shuttle and you can rent a scooter though.

The facilities were lovely, our 18month old baby loved the pool. It was very beautiful in the heart of the hotel. The restaurant was open plan overlooking the pool. Everything was super cozy and comfortable, staff very friendly

Location was not the best, but it was easy to travel to the center (free shuttle service), and there was a laundromat and massage place near the hotel.

Breakfast And the poolbar There is such a lovely girl working there..she speaks a bit dutch..very nice! Massage was good to!..but it makes it better on a good massagetable.

The only thing is when i arrived there were 6 people behind the receptiondesk..it felt a bit oncomfortabele. It to much people staring at you what you want. I didnt know who i needed to talk to.

A really lovely hotel in a quiet part of Sanur.

It’s a lovely hotel. This was our second stay. We chose a one bedroom Villa with private pool and loved it. The staff are fantastic and the spa is good value considering it is inside a resort.

Being on the non-beach side of the highway means it is very quiet but I prefer the beach front where we can take walks from our hotel.

Wonderful oasis of calm with beautiful pool and gardens

My daughter and I came on a girls trip and we absolutely loved our stay. The pool area is so beautiful. We spent three nights but would have loved more. The pool and the gardens really are special. We also saw the traditional Balinese dancing which was epic!

Location is over the bypass. Not an issue, just something to be aware of. You need a taxi or similar to go to the beach.

Perfect escape

The staff were amazing. They are kind, friendly, and attentive. The swim up bar was awesome. Great cocktails. Loved having a fresh coconut by the pool. The pool was clean and huge and great with the floating mattresses. The breakfast was great with a big selection. The location was really good, being just outside or Sanur. We could easily walk to the main strip of restaurants and the beach. I would definitely recommend it if you want privacy and not wanting to be near the hussle and bustle.

Blissful stay

This place is a haven of tranquility. The staff are exceptionally helpful but not overbearing. The pool is lovely and refreshing and a decent size with two floating beanbags to relax on. The breakfast spread is the best I’ve experienced in Bali with a variety of fresh pressed juices, breads, cereals, omelette station, fresh fruits and yogurts and delicious pastries and cakes. The atmosphere is relaxed but stylish with some The room is large with a big balcony with chaise lounge and table and chairs and looks out over the pool. The bed is luxuriously large and incredibly comfortable, I slept like a baby. The property is away from the Main Street and beach but only a 15-20 minute walk which I did every morning to watch the sunrise. For those not keen on walking there is a regular shuttle to and from the property which takes 5 minutes and there’s always Grab or Gojek app for cheap transport as you please. This was a great place to land for the first part of our trip and a great place to relax and unwind.
