Klumpu Bali Resort

We spent a week at Klumpu as two families and honestly couldn’t have wished for a better start to our Bali trip. Peaceful and beautifully tranquil, yet the beach, shops and restaurants are all within an easy stroll. Our two-storey villas were comfortable, quiet and exceptionally well equipped, with thoughtful touches including sunscreen, mosquito spray and after-sun. The whole property was even treated for mosquitoes one evening, something we didn’t see elsewhere in Bali, and it genuinely made a difference. We had hardly any bites during our stay. The pool, daily afternoon tea and attention to detail throughout were lovely, but it’s the staff who really make Klumpu special. They were warm, friendly and genuinely helpful. And the food was sensational! Some of the best we ate in Bali, with breakfasts that were as spectacularly presented as they were delicious. Even our teenagers couldn’t resist photographing them! Klumpu is also an ideal base for exploring — it’s an easy boat ride to Nusa Lembongan for an incredible day of snorkelling with manta rays and turtles. We’d highly recommend Aquaman as snorkelling guides. Peaceful surroundings, a beautiful pool, fantastic food and genuinely exceptional staff — Klumpu was the perfect start to our Bali adventure. We’d wholeheartedly recommend it and would return in a heartbeat. Thank you, Klumpu! 💖

The location was good and the bungalows were really unique.

Drink and food service at the pool, but it is only a short walk to order food or drinks.
