I’ve stayed here many times and always very happy , except one time when I over booked 4 days and payed for it, they didn’t want to return my money, not happy 🤨😖
Love the gardens and surrounding , open feeling.

Location, very central . Up a short gang so very quiet . The grounds are kept beautifully clean and tidy . Lovely spotless big rooms . When we checked out they gave us a room to store bags and get a shower before our night flight . The on sight laundry service was brilliant , everything came back smelling lovely and pressed . I would book here again for our next visit . We stayed for 10 days, would love another 10 😊
The breakfast , everything was cold . We got a great price so we didn’t mind eating out everyday .

Location, three pools were amazing. Grounds are quite nice.
Grotty. Room had marks all over the walls. Door to kitchen area filthy. Poor communication by staff - breakfast options weren't told to any guests. This could be such a great place but there is not a lot of love given to the property.
