El personal es muy amable. Nos prepararon el desayuno para llevar y así poder coger un ferry temprano. Hubo un problema con el wifi y rápidamente lo arreglaron. Estás a 20 minutos andando de sanur beach.

Family room large and nice to look at but up lots of stairs , 2 big beds , nice air con bad bathroom
Bathroom smelt and many broken or worn items , had to ask for towels , had to ask for toilet paper , No tv channels , wifi not work , on main road - very busy and hard to get available taxi , breakfast was unusual, not even coffee or juice just water , also booked family room with breakfast and advised when checking in only 2 breakfasts free have to pay for other 2
Sorry but would never stay there again
