Fantastic stay for families, quiet area and great location

We really loved our stay here, great for families. My parents stayed here and recommended it to us. We had a spacious room with balcony, decent sized bathroom and comfortable beds. The pool was a highlight for all, with my husband and I enjoying cocktails at the pool bar while the kids swam and played with the pool toys. The hotel offered a range of services so we were able to book massages and manicures when the weather turned. The location was great, plenty of places to eat including local food and western for our fussy eaters. Not too busy and a short walk to the beach. This was our fist time visiting Bali and if/when we return I would absolutely stay here again!

It's hard to fault this place as it is great value for money. Our balcony view wasn't of the pool as I thought it might be, instead we looked out to powerlines above the street - that being said we did enjoy watching the squirrels running along them everyday! The shower took a little while to warm up but there was a sign to explain that it would take a few minutes.

Absolutely avoid this putrid Resort

Nothing, this place should be closed down

We had a poolside room 112. It looked into a damp & mossy wall. We spent 1 night in there, as we woke up with the taste of mould in our mouths.. Requested another room, they showed us one that had an enclosed balcony, that had solid walls, with no view, useless. Then they offered us another on the 2nd floor for 1 night, which had no view & the air conditioning unit faced onto the balcony throwing out hot air. As it was we got no sleep in this room either as the air condioner was so loud. They offered us room 111 another poolside room for te next day Just to mention both these rooms we were in, you had to run the hot water for 5-7 minutes before getting hot. There were no hand towels or face cloths supplied either. By this time we were over it & decided to checkout. They refused to refund our money, which was another 14 nights. Also the pool had green algae in the corners & along the bottom edges. Just disgusting place is an absolute wreck & should be closed down for safety & hygiene. So do yourself a favour & stay well clear of this place. Don't be fooled by the photos,. Booking.com reinbursed us 3,000,000rp. Nothing compared to what we paid initially. If you want to have a great holiday avoid booking this place.

The room itself was spacious and very clean, featuring a large, comfortable bed and a generous bathroom. The absence of carpet and the choice of tiled flooring throughout were a clear advantage in terms of hygiene, which we particularly appreciated. Thanks to both the high level of service and the well-maintained accommodation, our stay was certainly enjoyable.

A few minor points for improvement: during a heavy rain shower, we experienced some water coming in through the vent above the toilet. We were also a bit disappointed that the fridge was located outside the room rather than inside. In addition, there was no hand towel provided for drying hands, and one extra chair was missing. Finally, the door leading to the terrace did not close properly, which at times caused some noise disturbance. These are only small details, but addressing them would make the stay even more enjoyable.

Fantastic hotel, staff, location and breakfast

Although the family room we stayed is was dated and smelt slightly damp the first night. It was clean. The location was less than 10mins walk to the beach. And the breakfast was exceptional. The staff are extremely friendly and we absolutely had one of the best times in Bali

Really enjoyed our short stay here

The staff were fantastic! Super welcoming, friendly and helpful with good tips on local restaurants. The (included) breakfast was really yummy and substantial ~ lots of beautiful fresh fruit. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Convenient location.

I stayed at this hotel last year and again this year. I usually avoid rating hotels but the employees are very welcoming, so I had to mention that. Excellent value for the price, maybe because my stay was in November/kind of off season. Decent swimming pool.

Horrible. The hotel is falling apart. The only positive things were the staff and location

The staff was very kind and the hotel was very close to the beach

Everything else. The place is falling apart, when I arrived there was an electricity shortage for a couple of hours, and the staff had no access to booking information. This can happen. However, I was given a room on the second floor, at the very end of the alley, the staff even struggled to open it because of the humidity that basically swole the door so much that it could not be opened without using your whole strength. The bathroom was super smelly, the douchet next to the toilet was dirty, the bed sheets were stained and or very poor quality, making it very sweaty. After double checking my reservation, I was supposed to go to the rooftop. I notified it to staff and they were kind enough to give me the room and apologized. But there were other problems: the AC was so old it looked like a health hazard, there was humidity stain everywhere on the walls, the furniture were place in odd ways making it barely possible to open the closet because there was another furniture blocking it. In any case it was so smelly inside the furniture that I decided to leave everything in my luggage. The staff really did their best but this place is falling apart. I checked out one day earlier because I needed a little bit of peace of mind.

Another great stay at Abian. We love the location, close to bars, restaurants and the beach. The staff are wonderful. From front of house to waitress to chef, can't fault any of them, they are so happy with always something to say, love them all, thanks to everyone 👏👏👏 Bryan and Annette

Comfortable, friendly, quiet

Friendly, helpful staff. Nice pool. Good day spa, well trained therapist, good massage - I teach massage and was happy. Quiet. Comfortable beds. Included breakfast was good and had a-la-carte menu with variety. Family room was large. Restaurants, warungs, minimart close by. Scooter hire and bikes onsite.

It is a distance from the main supermarket but good with the scooter hire - 5-10mins. Walking there would be too far in the heat. Pool needs cleaning on the surface more regularly. A little tired looking but comfortable.

The swimming pool was very nice and we did not have breakfast included in our package but we still had the option to pay for breakfast on the days we wanted. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The spa at the hotel was very reasonably priced

It’s just 7 minutes from the beach, good restaurants and shops nearby. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, they’re the best! The food is great, we had free breakfast - very tasty, and also we had lunch there several times - perfect.

Absolutely wonderful break with my teen daughters at the Abian Harmony

We received the most outstanding service during our stay, a huge thank you to Lina for looking after us so well. After a little plumbing problem in our original room on our first night we were quickly relocated to another room and then upgraded to an amazing room for the rest of our stay. I was travelling with my two teen daughters who loved the pool and facilities. Breakfast was amazing and fresh and we took the opportunity to enjoy a floating breakfast which was very special. The spa located on site was fantastic and affordable with great opening hours. Location was perfect with great restaurants near by and a few minutes to the beach for water sports and stunning sunrises. We highly recommend the Abian Harmony for the wonderful staff, great service and excellent facilities and location.
