Staff were lovely, location was fantastic and beach was well kept. Great breakfast. Pool bar staff were great, the guys at front of hotel were fantastic and Lintang who drive the shuttle to the beach was such fun.
Renovations were ongoing in the reception but it was kept to minimal disruption, rooms were old and in need of updating. Decking around the pool was very old and loose and in need of major upgrade.

Close to the beach board walk , Icon Mall , bars and restaurants .
Haggled by Taxi drivers, the pool mafia ( people spreading towels on chairs at the pool and not sitting on them ) , the room location on the pool side wasn't the best it got noisy and I had to keep my curtains closed.

View from room of pool area was fantastic and will stay there again for this. Breakfast fantastic - lots of choices. Only wish they had a fridge/freezer so I could make ice and keep my drinks cold. They did have free water fountains and free ice when ever needed which was fantastic
No Fridge/Freezer - not able to keep things cold as it was just a cooler. Bonus was getting free ice in the end.

Breakfast was good. Beach area was nice . Good location mid way .
Rooms were run down. Shower was low pressure. Pool area decking was unstable and slippery. Several people slipped and fell.
