eL Hotel & Resort Bali Sanur

Fantastic new hotel, staff were fabulous, great location , well layed out,very quiet considering hotel was full and construction of new hotel villas being built next door. We stayed in room 3170. I would stay here again 💯

No biggie really, asked for a table outside as I'm a smoker, got a towel rack instead 🤣 beds were pretty firm.

Excellent beachfront position. Rooms modern and comfortable.

Pool area not designed well- no room for sun lounges or seating. Pool only had flimsy ladder to enter or exit. Bar seating area very small. Breakfast reasonable but expresso coffee dreadful

The hotel room was lovely and new, breakfast was nice and the staff especially Cynthia who welcomed us and made sure we had everything we needed.

Great location, beautiful beach and pools, comfortable room with balcony, friendly staff, varied breakfast, excellent brand-new gym, and convenient bike rental.

For the price and 4-star positioning, we expected a higher standard. Poor soundproofing, with loud music from nearby bars and noise from the adjoining room, no yoga classes despite being advertised on booking, limited sun loungers with guest leaving towels while unattended, and several unexpected breakfast charges (including tea/hot water and cappuccino). Our credit card was also treated as a debit card, so we had to settle every small bill separately rather than at checkout, like in any other hotel worldwide with the same card.
