The location is absolutely fantastic. And the value for money is great. Located right across from The Maya it is very easy to shop, eat and access the beach just opposite down a laneway to get to the boardwalk. The pool looked good, however we didn't find time to use it. The room was large and basic but very good for the price. For a budget stay I would probably stay here again just for it's location. The balcony had a cloths rack for drying swimmers etc, which was very handy. Air con was good.
Staff were not super friendly upon check in, which is unusual for Bali. But we only stayed a couple of days and didn't need any further assistance while there so cannot comment further than that on staff. Pillows and bed was not the most comfortable but we were not paying a high price so happy to deal with it for 2 nights.

It was a small complex only 8 units.
It was great location.
It was spotlessly clean and well cared for.
It was on the main road, everything was right there on that road.
A lane across the road directly to the beach.
The staff were always available, kind but not overpowering . Everything was PERFECT.

This is my 2nd time staying at Agustri homestay and I must say, the service is not over the top. It’s just right. They helped us with our luggages to the 2nd floor balcony room. I guess we were lucky to have that room as we had more privacy when we relax outside our room. The view itself is a bonus as well every morning.
The location is great! We can walk to icon Bali anytime and there are loads of restaurants around to choose from. The staff always greet us with warm smile every time we see each other on our way out.
I think they should consider accepting prepaid bookings thru booking.com in the future. It’s just easier so that it’s just one off our mind whenever we check-in. Just little things like this.

Great location close to all the main shops and not far to the beach. A nice breakfast.
The rooms and linen smelt musty. The bed was uncomfortable. We were on the bottom floor and the room above us was super noisy early morning.
