There were 3 in our room and we had to keep asking for a 3rd towel

Very comfortable and well maintained facilities in a great location for shopping, water sports and restaurants with friendly and accommodating staff.
Not a problem with the property but people who left belongings on the pool lounges even though not using them were a little frustrating.

The Maya is absolutely stunning! From the moment you drive up to the lobby, you know you’re in for a treat ☺️
We stayed in the Impressive Nest Suite with 2 Double beds. Such a beautiful room, the bathroom took our breath away! All amenities were clean and the beds super comfy!
The buffet breakfast was one that will be hard to forget, so much variety and so fresh! The view is fantastic, as you eat you get to watch people walk up and down the boardwalk or gaze at the calm beach. It was definitely a highlight of the hotel, and set up up for the entire day 😊
The location is wonderful! You can head out on foot at anytime of day and be able to access anything you desire. So close to everything, but if you are a little hot or tired a grab is easy to access too.
The staff were all so beautifully kind and lovely. Such are the Balinese 💕
The toilet door was a bit close to the toilet, so when you stand up it is awkward. Also the shower was a little complicated to work out how to use, some instruction notes would help.

Design of the hotel
Hotel needs maintenance, renovation and deep cleaning. It claims to be a 5 star resort, but this might have been true 10 years ago. It's 3-4 star at most now.
