Was an awesome and relaxed stay.

Very nice and clean boutique hotel loved the aesthetics of the entire hotels. Great staff who would go an extra mile to ensure guests' needs are served. We stayed in magnolia suite (interconnected rooms) which was quite nice and comfy for a family. The little but comfy living room just made a huge difference. Hotel is close to the beach (Less than 10 mins walk) and near so many good eateries. Nice pool and a good bar. We would definitely stay here again in future.

Breakfast was a hit and miss, in the sense that you had to choose between continental and buffet breakfast. Buffet breakfast did not have many options and topping up on continental one was becoming expensive. We loved it though.

Relaxing stay near to the beach

Our family of four recently enjoyed a delightful 4D3N stay at Maison Aurelia, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the quaint and beautiful ambiance of the place. The spacious rooms provided ample comfort, making it a perfect fit for our family. The service was exceptional, with the staff consistently going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. They truly made us feel at home during our stay. One of the highlights was the breakfast, freshly made to order. It was a refreshing change from the typical buffet spreads and truly enhanced our mornings. Our kid had a fantastic time at the pool, while I thoroughly enjoyed the spa conveniently located right next to it. The beds were extremely comfortable, allowing for restful nights throughout our stay. Overall, Maison Aurelia in Bali Sanur is a gem that combines charm, excellent service, and top-notch amenities, making it an ideal destination for families seeking relaxation and enjoyment. We look forward to returning to this wonderful retreat.

Boutique accomodation that hits the spot. Good location, nice and quiet. Don’t expect respite facilities. Good value.

Boutique style accom that was very clean. Never seemed overly busy. Great location (though not on beach).

The check in process was laborious and the staff member tending to same hardly acknowledged us. Would have been nice to know were bfast etc was. Room wasn’t ready for 1400 check in either.

Superb!

One of the friendliest and beautiful boutique hotels. Comfortable (Camellia Suite), very clean, super shower, excellent breakfast, free bicycle use, spa -superb - massage £14, nice bar area, gym with running machine and bike! Nice well maintained pool with chairs. Close to beach, restaurants and shops. Everything was great - definitely return and will book again if in Bali again!

Super lovely hotel, rooms were clean and everything was well taken care of. Staff was super sweet with the kids, breakfast super tasty. So many great restaurants around and just a short walk to the beach. Absolutely recommend it!

Chic Boutique with that Personal Touch and Perfect Location

This is a gorgeous boutique hotel, small enough that you feel special. The staff were so friendly and accomodating. It’s located so centrally in Sanur too, with an easy walk to the beach, or anywhere really. Rooms are generous too.

Our suite was extremely spacious and well appointed. Every single staff member we encountered was polite and friendly (such lovely people!) Great value for the money (even had free bicycles!) The interior always smelt beautiful (lemongrass?)

Brilliant.

Absolutely beautiful boutique hotel, every detail, from the art, wine, furniture, pool, breakfast, amazing comfy king size bed, and pillows to die for, crisp soft linen and quilt. Staff attended to every need, warm, courteous and happy. Must mention there are always quite a few staff to assist, which lack in some other establishments. Location great. Not much to not like. If youre looking for a hotel with many restaurants inhouse and room service this is not the one, however location brilliant next door, across the road many many brilliant cafes and restaurants.

Perfection in a hotel with attention to the little things you need in a beautiful hotel.

This was our third visit to this property and will not be our last. It’s a beautiful boutique hotel right in the heart of Sanur. The staff remembered us from our last visit and made us feel so wonderfully welcomed, you have everything you need in the room with all amenities and the turn down service at night is a such a lovely touch, we have had three seperate stays and the beds and pillows are the best. You can’t go past the restaurant either the food is amazing and great at night with live music. We will

Room was good , bed comfy

Staff downstairs lazy, breakfast revolting. Dirty and dusty . Fruit cut from mouldy boards in kitchen , hardly any fruit out or bread, always wait ages just for cup of coffee. Saw staff member in kitchen heating up a fried egg and mushrooms with a blow torch, disgusting!

Great value, central location and fantastic rooms.

This was our second stay here and we love the central location, the lovely Sensatia bathroom amenities (that body lotion!!!) but most of all we love the generous sized rooms with their incredibly comfortable beds. The staff are kind, helpful and friendly too. This hotel is very good value, will definitely come again.

The breakfast, a la carte options with a small buffet, had good options but the things we tried left a little to be desired. Not awful, but not for us. I would probably opt for a lower room rate and have breakfast elsewhere.

Beautiful little boutique hotel in the heart of Sanur.

The decor of the hotel was excellent. The staff were all very friendly. Location was good.

The location of the pool meant that around 12pm, the whole pool was in the shade, something that the designers had not thought about! The buffet breakfast, which you had to pay extra for was very poor quality and choice.

Beautiful accommodation and in a great location

The linens were a very high quality. It felt like sleeping on soft cloud. The room size was perfect with couch and TV in the same room but felt like separate. 2 large water bottles and having a water cooler available just outside the room was very convenient. The room was decorated beautifully giving an elegant look. Great location with easy access to Icon, beach, and using the back streets to the bypass. Staff were super helpful and friendly.

Just a little more attention to cleanliness could make a massive difference. Sadly the balcony size is very narrow and got extremely hot in the afternoon. Bonus, our clothes dried very fast.

Luxury in Sanur

I loved the bed and the size of the room at Maison Aurelia. The treats at night were a great bonus. The restaurant was very quick to bring ice on a night when I had my family over.

While I was checking out , a number of people were checking in so it was very difficult to get my luggage. On checking out , there was no porter available. I had been ill so it was difficult to sort through my luggage.

Superb

Everything was almost perfect at Maison Aurelia: the room was big, the bed was so comfortable it was hard to get up in the morning, the breakfast was DELICIOUS and the staff really friendly and helpful. We really appreciated the hotel putting at disposal filtered water fountain in every floor, at the pool and at the gym. The room staff also come again in the evening to refill again the water, coffee & tea in the room and check if anything else is needed. The hotel restaurant is really good and well priced (guest get a discount on every meal). If we were to stay in Sanur again we'd definitely come back there.

The only negative points were our room view which could have been better and the AC which was a little bit too loud for our taste even on the lowest setting.

Beautiful small boutique hotel

Rooms were gorgeous and so spacious. Great for families with the large suite and separate bedrooms. Can easily hang out by the pool with the restaurant delivering food and drink to the poolside. Otherwise it’s right on the main road and an easy stroll or bike ride to the beachside path to explore further. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.

A beautiful boutique hotel, in a central location.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel decor was beautiful. A very quiet and relaxing stay.

The bar outside wasn’t actually linked to the hotel, so we couldn’t rest drinks whilst round the pool or for lunch and charge it back to the room. The pool was very sheltered from the sun, so you can only have the sun on the pool until around 12pm.

Lovely quiet room with good swimming pool. Loved the availability of filtered water in the corridor to refill my water bottle rather than adding to the plastics accumulating on the world’s beaches. Great to have a massage onsite and then go straight to one’s bedroom for a snooze!

Lovely short bed with comfortable beds

Everything was perfect. We stayed in the Magnolia Suite and it was comfortable for 3 of us. All amenities are provided and I appreciate that they did glass bottles for water. It’s so close to all the shops that you can walk out to eat, shop and go to the spas… the breakfast was good and they brew fresh coffee each morning. The air con was perfect, cooling and nice. We slept very well
