Wow, loved my stay here in a ground floor 1 bedroom apartment . A bonus to have your own hot and cold water dispenser, washing machine . The rooms are spacious and having 2 private courtyards were also appreciated . The pool, spa, restaurant are all amazing . A very well run smaller resort offering one bed apartments, 2 beds and villas, amazing staff, great central Sanur location. Looking forward to staying again soon with family . Thank you Sayang .

The staff were excellent. Location was so close to everything.
The only complaint I have is the towels need to be replaced as they are very thin and grey. Our bathroom need was ok but a bit tired and needs some attention.

The location is perfect. Close to everything and within walking distance to shops, Icon mall and the beach. My apartment was impressive! Very spacious and suited my needs. Bed was comfy and there was a water dispenser. Breakfast was delicious and cooked to your desire. The gym was fabulous! There were 2 powerful air conditioners to keep cool. The staff were all wonderful and helpful. The welcome foot massage by their in house spa was a lovely surprise. Great place to do and would definitely return.

Location, spacious room
The pool was closed for 2.5 days out of our 3 night away. The pool and experience around it was a big part of making the booking. What's worse, the management didn't inform us or apologize or adjust for it. They only matter of factly reacted to it upon checkout when we mentioned it. Granted heavy rain is not in their control but taking care of the guests is.
So if you are booking in rains-beware!
Phone in the room was not working.
Some mildew smell in the kitchen and cupboards.
