Clean, comfortable room! Great air con. We loved the huge pool and the restaurant was lovely. Location was perfect with short walk to the beach and restaurants and bars all around. Staff were lovely, welcoming and helpful. We hired bikes from reception and rode all around town.
The room was lovely. The only thing that let it down was the bathroom needs a refurb, but was still functional and clean. Just didn’t match the quality of the rest of the room.

We have stayed at Sayang a few times now. It is a great location, close to many restaurants and a short walk to the beach. It It is located off the main road; it is very quiet. The staff are lovely. Overall, it is a great property.
Personally, I would prefer a walk-in shower.

Great location to everything, friendly staff, lovely clean room. Beautiful big pool.
The water in shower was running hot and cold bursts, very unusual.

Location, spacious room
The pool was closed for 2.5 days out of our 3 night away. The pool and experience around it was a big part of making the booking. What's worse, the management didn't inform us or apologize or adjust for it. They only matter of factly reacted to it upon checkout when we mentioned it. Granted heavy rain is not in their control but taking care of the guests is.
So if you are booking in rains-beware!
Phone in the room was not working.
Some mildew smell in the kitchen and cupboards.
