Sayang Sanur Terrace House

I had a great stay at Sayang Sanur Resort. The location is excellent, right on the main street of Sanur and next to Harry’s Supermarket, making it very convenient. It’s also only about a 10 to 15 minute walk to Sindhu Market and Icon Bali. Best of all, it’s just a 7 minute walk to the beach, where you can enjoy one of Sanur’s beautiful sunrises, take a relaxing sunset stroll along the beachfront, or enjoy dinner with an ocean view. The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. You can tell the property is well maintained, with great attention to detail in keeping the grounds looking clean and welcoming. I booked a one bedroom apartment, which was spacious, clean, and comfortable. While the room is a little dated, it was well looked after and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. A special thank you to Daniel siting at reception for making such a positive first impression. He was welcoming, accommodating, and genuinely professional from the moment I arrived. Although my stay was only short, his exceptional hospitality stood out and made the experience even more enjoyable. I hope management recognises the value he brings to the resort because staff like Daniel are the reason guests return. I can definitely see myself booking another stay here in the future.

Location, spacious room

The pool was closed for 2.5 days out of our 3 night away. The pool and experience around it was a big part of making the booking. What's worse, the management didn't inform us or apologize or adjust for it. They only matter of factly reacted to it upon checkout when we mentioned it. Granted heavy rain is not in their control but taking care of the guests is. So if you are booking in rains-beware! Phone in the room was not working. Some mildew smell in the kitchen and cupboards.
