Large room and friendly staff. I arrived late as my flight was delayed and this was not a problem. The location was great.

No coffee in the room. There was a bar across the road with load music in the evening, however the was able to sleep through it.

Very central and close to the beach, spas, restaurants etc. I only used my room for 6 hours as a base before a late night flight.

It was clean and nice. They were helpful.

This is a very well located place with lovely people running it. I had Room 1, near the road (see the comments below), which was comfortable and had everything I needed. I didn't book to include breakfast, but this is an option, and I saw people enjoying theirs in the seating areas in the little, green and leafy compound space. I have sat there a couple of times to do emails, etc. You could ask for a kettle and any crockery you need. This is a simple, reasonably priced, friendly and well-located place, and I would recommend it for the simple traveller, with the proviso below. :-)

Sadly, this is not something within the control of the accommodation. It's across the road from a bar/restaurant with very loud music that admittedly stops at 23.00h, but if you want to go to bed early to go on an early excursion or whatever, it is annoying. I had room 1, which is the nearest to the road, so it may be if you ask for a room further back, it won't affect you. I did ask one person who had a room away from the front, and they hadn't been bothered by it. And of course people have different tolerance for sound. I found, though, that for me it was too much, and I was putting off going back until near 11pm, to avoid the noise. That is the only reason I've given my stay a relatively low rating and I would not go back to stay there unless I was assured I could have a quiet room.
