Kris Residence Sanur

Super comfortable beds, great location, very friendly staff, ample motorbike parking. Great to have a nice sized fridge and freezer and the kitchenette.

I’d love if they had water gallons onsite for refilling just to reduce plastic waste when Bali is already struggling to handle waste.

Very clean room, comfortable bed. Nice to have a lovely hot shower. As the property is quite new, nothing wrong at all. I thought the guys who looked after the property were excellent. There most of the time, when they weren’t, contact them on WhatsApp and they are with you in 2 minutes . Marek especially helpful, I hired a moped, asked for a phone holder, it was just dumped in the seat storage. Marek spent 30 minutes taking off the wing mirror, attaching the phone holder, then reattached the wing mirror. Didn’t have to do that. So I speak very highly about their help and work ethic. Thank you

Can’t think of anything. It’s all new, and works perfectly.

Staff were great, location was a new one for us in Sanur but liked it, loved having loads of space to hang your clothes and tidy things away. Comfy bed, good air con, we had absolutely no issue with the shower curtain, big fridge. The clothes drying rack outside for swimmers etc was great. Pool was a delight. TV worked well the one time we put it on. Good wifi. Proximity to Lilla Warung a bonus! Excellent value for money. Incredibly cheap in my view. We were in a downstairs room.

We'd have liked some seating outside the room but we could have moved the inside table outside so that's not a major gripe. There is room in the room for a small sofa or two comfy chairs, that would be better than having to sit/ lay on the bed if you're in the room. We weren't in the room much though, don't suppose anyone is really, so just a suggestion. Nothing that would prevent me from staying here again if we're in Sanur.

Perfect accommodation for solo travellers, I was really happy staying there. My room was very clean and comfortable and quite big, with lots of thoughtful details. Mini kitchen had a proper fridge with freezer, kettle, toaster & even a mini hotplate. The staff were lovely & helpful. They instantly fixed an issue I had with the shower, just ask them if you need any help. Location is also really good, a very short walk to the main street in Sanur, about 10 mins walk to ICON/beach. Lots of good restaurants and spas close by. I recommend Lilla Warung :)

Everything was good
