Truly wonderful Bali hotel experience

Exceptional hotel in superb location. I've been here 5 times now and couldn't think of a better place to stay in Bali during transit with the airport is only 25 minutes away.

Not a lot not to like although having to ask for pepper with my meal every time started to get a bit annoying :-(

The hotel itself is very big and has lots of greenery. Perfect for relaxation. The pool, gym and jacuzzi are very nice. Nice beach as well. We can just spend the whole days inside the hotel.

The balcony of the room could’ve been cleaned from the dried leaves & dust before we checked in. Also it will be good if there are also halal meat choices in the breakfast buffet as we end up opt for pastries and vegetarian food only.

As you would expect from the Hyatt -

The Hyatt is te Hyatt - the standard is very high in all its hotels and resorts - it is their signature. This one had a little more becuase the staff are so friendly - that includes everone connected with running the resort

Beautifully maintained property with a peaceful beach and attentive service

The breakfast was wonderful, with very attentive and caring service. The property is beautifully maintained and gives a lovely first taste of Bali. The lush garden offers many cozy spots to relax and find calm. The beach is peaceful, without loud music or action – exactly what we needed after a long flight. Watching the ducks was a real highlight and brought a smile to our faces.

Unfortunately, my request for rooms on the highest floor and away from air-conditioning noise could not be accommodated, which was disappointing, especially as the property was not fully booked. The rooms themselves are very beautiful, but some elements feel a bit dated. However, it is positive to see that renovations are currently underway.

Location and breakfasts - it was very delicious

Rooms are very small, ceilings low, TV has limited channels, pool staff didn’t know if the pool amenities were hotel’s or guests’. When we have arrived the room wasn’t ready (which is not a problem at all), but on the day of check out they called us 20 minutes in advance to vacate the room. Didn’t feel well. In overall was peaceful and nice thanks to the location and cleanliness.

The gardens are very nice.

The check in process is very poor and takes too long. Do not use the resort doctor as they charge 3 times the amount for antibiotics. Was placed in a room with construction activity occurring 1 metre from the door. Had to ring to have the room cleaned.

Birthday Bali trip

The gardens were very well maintained and the gardeners were always polite. The food was delicious. Many choices of pools and had its own private section on the beach. They also hired bicycles if you fancied a leisurely cycle down the beach. All the staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. The spa was an excellent relaxation area and the treatments were exceptional.

Magical stay in family friendly Sanur!

This place was magical! I was tossing up between a couple of other accomodations in Sanur and was worried about the potential size of the Hyatt. Needless to say I am so so glad I picked this resort! The rooms were excellent, ENORMOUS beds and amazing buffet breakfast options which differed day by day. The pools were amazing and not too crowded. All the staff we interacted with were amazing and went above and beyond. The location is fantastic, quiet and family friendly with easy access to the Sanur boardwalk + Icon Bali Mall and Sanur Night Market a short stroll away. I would highly recommend this resort and will return if I get the opportunity to visit Bali again!

I really like the location of the hotel, it has very easy access to the beach and is only a 30 minute drive from the airport. Sanur is much quieter than Seminyak and Legian. The Club lounge was peasant and the quality of the breakfast very good. Excellent all-day coffee and cocktails in the evenings. The spa area and separate pool was a wonderful escape from the noise(and crowds) of the main pools(we inadvertently booked during the school holidays-we won't make that mistake again!!)

The gardens are beautiful but the design of the hotel itself is a little dated, you walk long distances between rooms/pool/restaurants along very low covered walk ways. Signage is quite poor. The rooms were also a little tired. I found the beds very hard and uncomfortable. The breakfast in the Club lounge was very good but the snacks available during the stay were less generous. On one occasion I noticed that there was no cake and had to ask for it to be replenished, a few slices were brought out, not even a whole cake!

Nice old hotel, but maintenance issues creeping in....

Extensive Breakfast Buffet Beautiful and well maintained gardens Adult Pool - best kept secret in the hotel. Friendly staff Well located near some good eating options. Beach path allows good access up and down coast

Pillows in room too soft. Need choices. TV Controller in room was terrible to use. Experienced small earthquake whilst there, but no direction on emergency procedures. Decking at the adult pool needs maintenance. Accommodation blocks not interconnected.

Tropical paradise on the beach.

Well located for a Sanur escape

Well located, easy walk to restaurants and massages. Directly on beach, which is well maintained by Hyatt. Gardens are well maintained and does feel like its own oasis in Sanur.

Property is huge - we used the pram to get to/from pool, and gave up going back to room after breakfast as was too far with a toddler. Kids club is free for one hour a day per child, then it’s 100,000 per child per hour after that. Would be good if this was two to three hours, so parents had time to get a massage or something! Breakfast was okay, but not great. Our toddler LOVED the pancakes, but the adult selections whilst they rotated it, felt limited.

Great facilities and the friendliest staff you will meet

The Balinese architecture and clever use of the extensive property provides a luxury holiday on an iconic beach front. The room is small but superbly laid out. Nice balcony which we used a lot. We had a technical issues with the Smart TV which limited our use and required several service calls. Also the shower taps needed further explanation to get them working. The breakfast though was worth the wait and the quality of the fresh fruit is the best we have had in Bali. Any problems we had were sorted out by the staff who are just so friendly and pleasant and went out of their way to make everyone happy.

The kitchen was slow with our a la carte breakfast and we felt that the priority was on the buffet service. The location can be limiting if you want to go outside the resort.

We loved the Hotel & it’s location, it was fun. Of course it’s the staff that made us feel like we were Royalty.

We loved the well thought out furnishings of our room. We were in a deluxe room & paid more for club benefits. Our room had a view of the sea. Everything was very exclusive, which we loved.

If there is anything that we didn’t like, I guess it was that the Hotel is huge, so there was lots of walking.

Pleasant stay on the beach

Big resort with a lot of facilities like beach, swimming pools and restaurants. Friendly staff, quick communication even if misunderstandings happen. They always accommodate you. Breakfast was also good.

Very small old rooms, airconditioning did not work properly. Very hot at night.
