A luxurious stay. Suitable for families. Lots of activities for kids. Love the room, the breakfast, and the hospitality. Very satisfied with the experience overall.
The private beach isn't as clean as expected. Most prefer to swim in the pool. The gym is too small for such a big hotel.

Lovely stay once again. Comfortable room and beds. Gorgeous gardens and pools. Always such a special place.
Quiet adults pool on road side near gym which was appreciated
Much more popular with younger families than when we first stayed staying at this property 20 years ago. Feel more like a number than returning clients. Sanur is a far busier place. Will not stop me returning.

Loved the breakfast, beach lounges.
Only thing I’m critical of is letting people put towels on lounges and then walking away for hours. Towels should be removed from lounges not in use every 30 minutes.
