Hyatt Regency Bali

The breakfast was excellent with many International options. It is a big hotel but the gardens are extensive, there are so many pools that even during school holidays you can swim in an adult pool without being crowded and can always find a sun lounge.

Breakfast was lovely. Excellent food, service and staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel provided bikes for hire. Fun activities available at resort .

We used up our credit card deposit on day 4 of our 7 day stay as we put spa treatments and dinner experience offered by the hotel on the room. I paid for the two events the next morning once I was informed of our negative balance. The problem was thereforward, we weren’t allowed to charge anything to the room as I was told I didn’t have a deposit on the room any longer. I was surprised I wasn’t offered the option to place a subsequent deposit on my room after clearing the outstanding balance. It was just an inconvenience of needing to pay with cash whilst at the pool. It was still a lovely property and service was otherwise wonderful.

Everything was excellent! Location, food was exceptional, pool and service was great.

The gardens are very nice.

The check in process is very poor and takes too long. Do not use the resort doctor as they charge 3 times the amount for antibiotics. Was placed in a room with construction activity occurring 1 metre from the door. Had to ring to have the room cleaned.
