Sometimes I felt the staff could be rude when ordering drinks. One particular woman. Cocktails small and they didn’t taste nice. Man was lovely

The pools and facilities were great, the quality of rooms excellent and great to have beach access/loungers. Location excellent and staff great. Buffet breakfast was also excellent.

That the front pool is under construction which we didn't know about. No swim up pool bar as advertised etc.

Loved the staff and the 3 pools on offer. Breakfast was yummy with plenty options

Location is good, close to all our favorite restaurants & Sanur is more relaxed with less bogans & drunks. Staff always very pleasant & helpful. Comfy beds & clean rooms. Fridge could have been larger to keep our drinks chilled.

At the time of booking there was no reference to any building works being carried out. We have stayed several times before & always was more than happy with our room & breakfast. This trip the make-do breakfast area was crowded with less choice & long queues. The fishponds outside our room were also being refurbed, noisy & hazardous. The blinds on our room let every outside light in at night, shining on our faces as we tried to sleep. Maintenance came & nailed up a large sheet so we could sleep. A note for smokers, you are no longer able to smoke outside your rooms only in designated areas, totally understand, however a note on their site would allow people to make an informed choice.
