I liked the swimming pool, the beautiful surroundings, the breakfast and the wirkers. It was wuiet but clise ti main shops and a 15 minte walk to the beach.

Disappointing - the pool is great - the rooms need updating

The place is dated and falling apart. The pool was great though the lounge chairs were dated and in need of repair.

The bed in the room was terrible. The mattress was old and broken. Staff were advised that it needed replacing. They were not interested to do this. The bed linen, blankets, pillows, and bath towels are old and need replacing. Bed bugs too - which is a reflection of how rank the mattress was. The fridge in the room needed to be replaced - freezing all drinks. Overall the place is tired, over priced and needs plenty of money spent upgrading the place or rebuilding - as the location is great.

The location is fantastic, the property itself is lovely, the room was huge and also the bathroom, we were pleasantly surprised and will definitely return. The staff were also lovely, i was sick 1 day and they helped out, thank you.

The Bumi Ayu rocks!

We loved our stay at the Bumi Ayu apartments. Our room was comfortable, with lots of storage space. The bed was super comfortable, the pool was great and the staff were exceptional. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice, and I would have no hesitation recommending this place to others.

Nice garden. Big room and big bed

Shower water stay in the floor for a very long time. No place to hang clothes in the bathroom. A lot of noises, dogs barking (I think it’s common on a hotel where they are near to people houses)

Great location but pool lounges and linen a bit tired and worn..

Love the location on JL Tambligan close to everything. The pool is a great size so the water never gets too warm ♥️ I stayed in a deluxe room which was wonderful clean and comfortable.

My friend's linen and towels in their superior room were grey and nearly threadbare. I was very disappointed as this hotel was my choice for the last week of our trip.

The pool was very deep and we used it everyday. The staff were lovely and accommodated our needs.

Our first room was next to a building site and road works and was very noisy. After our first night we asked for a room change and was offered a lovely room upstairs in a much quieter location.

My go-to location when passing through Sanur

This hotel is a little older. However, the rooms are huge and quiet and the gardens and pool well maintained. Staff are friendly and very helpful. It is my go-to location when passing through Sanur. Far enough back from the beach that you are not overwhelmed by tourists. There are a huge variety of local shops and eating places nearby. But it is only a short walk to the beach and major shopping locations.

Great location, very quiet, friendly staff, large pool.

Towels and pillows are old and could use replacing. The tiles in the pool are very slippery and have sharp corners underwater in places.

Such lovely helpful staff! Diah on reception impartial, such a beautiful kind person. Great location not too far from the airport and away from the busyness of the main road. Would stay again.

Good for overnight stay

Clean and comfortable for the overnight stay. Beds were comfortable and rooms were good. Quiet surroundings.

No water provided to clean our teeth. The hotel is hard to find apparently for gojek drivers, but that may have been the gojeks fault or mine 🤷🏻‍♀️ No TV in the room, which didnt bother us as only overnight stay.

A pleasant stay....

The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Staff are always very pleasant and happy. The bathroom is a great size and towels big and fluffy.

I would prefer water in bottles, not water in a jug, as the inside fell out on the floor the first time I poured a glass, it was inconvenient but not a big issue.. I would stay again. But I still won't use the water in the jug.

Lovely Old Bali style resort property, very lush gardens, great pool area with lots of sunbeds. Quiet location down a small street off the main road, less than 5mins walk, also super close to Icon Mall. Restaurant on site, cheap prices, room service available, breakfast was included in my rate which set me up for the day. Great staff, helpful and kind. Felt at home even tho only there for 3 nights; would like to have stayed longer :) I could tell there are a lot of regular, return customers because of the overall Bali resort experience A++

Had to go looking for things. Eg. No info given on check in re safe, laundry, directions to anything. No by pool bar service apart from Happy hour occasionally and only beer available.

Very basic, kettle in bathroom but nothing else. The breakfast is probably the worst I’ve come across so went somewhere else to eat.

A hidden gem - outstanding value for money.

Internet, lovely staff, excellent location, clean, fantastic value for money, delicious and plentiful breakfast, large sun-drenched pool with comfy loungers.

Bathroom was a little tired but for the price absolutely no complaints!
