Very clean throughout gardens were outstanding

Lack of maintenance in the room safe not working asked 3 times to be fixed didn’t happen, when you used the hand basin the water went straight through onto the floors where there were some towels to collect the water, we asked to change rooms they initially said we had to pay more so finally we changed rooms and then had to forfeit our breakfast which was included in the price - so no more breakfast very petty, you pay for a room you should get what you pay for.

Lumbung room hard to climb into

The unusual Lumbung sleeping house was cute but had to climb a ladder which had steps wide apart The other room was very comfortable and they put a single mattress in there as we couldn't climb the ladder Gardens and pool were lovely

Lumbung room is not suitable for older people but children or teenagers would love it

Excellent stay near the beach surrounded by picturesque environment.

We location of the villa was very close to the beach but secluded. Stepping into the villa was like entering a national park, lots of greenery and ponds with koi and lotus.

Generally, our stay was lovely and would highly recommend this villa

We loved our small villa, it had a small bathroom, a walk in wardrobe, a small terrace, and easily accessible. The staff were extremely friendly and had a chat with us throughout our stay. We also found that it was a prime location, with easy access to the beaches, and a great location in Sanur if you want to walk around the shops and boardwalk/don't want to rely on transportation.

The toilet and shower were in more of a shower room, with a door that couldn't fully be closed. It was also quite slippery and dangerous due to the tiles being a lacquered design on the floor. Disappointed a little bit in the room upon arrival, as there was no toilet paper and it took us a while to navigate the lights, but otherwise, it was great, and the staff cleaned the room while we were out throughout our stay. Our only feedback was that there were no staff to be found around the property unless you went looking for them, they seemed to be hidden away at all times and only interacted when we were checking in/out.

The air-conditioning did not make the room cool enough. Got warmer over the duration of the stay. The TV sound was not good, dropped in/out when watching a movie. No seats or couch inside the room to relax on - or watch TV from. TV signal occasionally dropped out with No Signal

Tranquility plus inside the villa walls and the staff are charming.

Location is very good - close to street shopping & beach. Grounds of Wantilan Putri are just beautiful.

Entirely our own fault - we chose the wrong room. Main House downstairs. The layout didn’t work for us - not enough room to move above, nowhere to sit apart from the bed and the toilet was in a cupboard with no ventilation.

This beautiful property is set in gorgeous established grounds. I believe it was once a grand home, which was converted to holiday accommodation. It is amazingly peaceful, being on a lane between a busy street with shops and restaurants, and the beach. Breakfast is served at a small cafe on the beach. The staff are wonderful, friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, with a quirky layout, and overlooking one of the many ponds.

Home away from home in Sanur

Four years in a row to Wantilan Putih, that says it all! Well kept garden, close to the beach where you enjoy your breakfast with your feet in the sand...Lovely pool, pergola with gorgeous flowers, the squirrels in the garden, comfy bed...Staff who remembered us...Highly recommend

The owners should consider of renovating the bathroom and paint some walls in the garden wing rooms. Having said that, we would enjoy an outside shower there a lot! But for us still a place to come back to!

Beautiful, quiet place close to the beach

We ended up above the main house and it had a great view of the property. It was very quiet despite being very close to the beach. Food was offsite at a little cafe on the boardwalk and was good. This place is very accessible to lots of shops and great restaurants. Gorgeous and relaxing garden.

There were no chairs to sit in the room. While we could make coffee, we had to bring them downstairs. Also, bathroom had no door so it was a little awkward.

The most beautiful place ever ..

This is a hidden gem ,a true oasis . Would stay here again in a heart beat. Exactly what we were hoping for. Privacy, peace & so close to everything. The staff were amazing , the pool and the villa. I would not recommend as i want to keep it a secret !!

We found it very hot to sit on our deck & the staff were kind enough to give us a huge fan to use.. It made all the difference & could enjoy sitting there with a cuppa in the mornings...

A slice of heaven in a bustling place

The villa was literally heavenly. The grounds were amazing-I did not want to leave the space! It was so peaceful with beautiful wildlife and gardens-so peaceful! I stayed at the top of the main house and the view of the grounds was a highlight. I was on my own so it didn’t matter that there was no toilet door. It I were in a couple or with a friend, that might be something I’d like to know. Doesn’t bother lots of ppl though.

Peaceful private feeling villa close to beach

no meals provided onsite, needed a short walk to the beach side cafe which was nice to eat breakfast on the beach everyday. Breakfast is simple but sufficient. The upsides in main house room had three sides of windows which was great.

The villa gave you a voucher which you took to a cafe on the beach for breakfast. A short 2 min walk away. Great location, good options and a lovely breakfast. The villa was lovely. Although there were a few villa's on the property once you were in your villa it felt totally private. The grounds and whole property is gorgeous. Great facilities, very comfortable. The villa we were in was a nice mix of new modern and old style Balinese

Our villa was beautiful. The location was excellent and so quiet. A short walk to the promenade. Amazing gardens.

It would benefit from providing you with sealed bottles of water. We were given bottles with stoppers and we were apprehensive about using them. The sun loungers by the pool would benefit from an update. The wooden flooring around the pool area was old, extremely weathered and loose in areas. The slats are also upside down. Requires replacing.

The place is peaceful heaven! It is a must if you want to feel the very peaceful side of Bali. We are totally in love with the place.

Beautiful place to stay in Sanur

Hotel grounds are beautiful, with a magnificent entrance, beautiful gardens with lovely ponds, and a really nice and pleasant pool. We had spacious air-conditioned room with drinking water provided each day. Hotel is really quiet at night and a very easy walk to beach and to main road shops and restaurants.

If you're fussy about little details, you might find some things annoying, like no seating in room, single bedside table

Stunning gardens, excellent location

Perfect location close to the beach, restaurants, shopping. The amazing, peaceful, tropical garden made our stay very special. It was a delight to sit and enjoy the ambience,Room was nice and big, the bed really comfortable. Staff were always on hand and very warm and respectful.

Our room was advertised as “garden view” but our terrace just looked out over a grey wall. Shower wasted a lot of water while getting hot and flooded the bathroom floor. Quite dangerous.

Just magic!!

This is the most beautiful place you could ever stay in. It has stunning gardens, flowers, statues, fish ponds, day beds and pool area. It's so relaxing, it's hard to leave the grounds to go out!! The shower is super hot and good pressure, which was a god-send after Nusa Penida! The staff are so attentive. It is in a brilliant position, between the main road and the beach with many excellent restaurants and shops just a short walk away. The Cafe for breakfast on the beach is excellent and a very short walk away also. The manager Krisna is available for all your needs, from booking restaurants to drivers. I highly recommend Villa Wantilan Putih - it is a very precious part of Sanur and has old-world charm which is very unique!

Peaceful and relaxing stay in the Villa complex.

Beautiful quiet private villa complex with a number of different accommodation types. No reception desk, so enter through doors from Jalan Pantai Karang No 12 and find your way to the undercover area with the table and desk where staff should be around. Stunning gardens and a wonderful pool. Great location!

The shower in the the Garden Room Villa filled the bathroom floor with water which made it very slippery, so caution needed.
