Beautiful resort, well maintained, quiet and luxurious
Great for relaxing but not a lot of ‘vibe’ otherwise. No music or activities at the pool for instance. Everything else is great.

-A la carte menu for breakfast but can have as much as you wish and the presentation is beautiful.
- Cleanliness of the room and through out the property
- Security guards
- Complimentary drinks at the lounge
- Nibbles in the room and the lounge
- Quiet side swimming pool is too shady and the water was too cold. Floating leaves.
- Main swimming pool is too small and too many things going around like pool exercise, children jumping in and looked in by people walking on path...Just can't relax. Probably the worst 5star resort swimming pool ever seen.

Great location right on the beach in Sanur, some decent restaurants and activities in this site. The location didn't feel too busy and had lots of space.
Very expensive for the offering, staff were not great with some being simply rude & with no Gym on site (you need to use Hyatt - when the gate is open). A lot of the time I felt like an inconvenience to the team.
