Would highly recommend.

It was gorgeous! New hotel next to Regency Hyatt. Landscaping was preserved and jungle-like. Right on beach, with long walking path. Breakfast options were gourmet. Wait staff and personnel were outstanding!! Closer to airport than busy Ubud. Would not hesitate to recommend. Lego and Fabri (sp) were so kind and patient as I navigated breakfast drink options and menu.

Beautiful resort, very well maintained, extremely friendly staff. The villas are amazing, very spacious. The spa was also very nice, and never too busy so I could enjoy it every day of our stay. The restaurants are decently priced and the food is amazing there.

The hotel and all the amenities are outstanding, the bedroom very clean and comfortable and the hotel is absolutely gorgeous especially the gardens. The staff is incredibly nice and professional and the breakfast is one of the best I ever had while in vacations.

The main swimming pool is open to children and adults having a special conception of respect, playing water games and being often very noisy, I wish the staff could have the rules applied a little more strictly especially considering they have a cute swimming pool reserved for children. The only quiet/adult swimming pool is limited to a dozen places only and far from the seaside (and the fresh breeze of fresh air). Being a family friendly hotel is one thing but it shouldn’t prevent people from relaxing around one of the main selling point of this establishment.

The property was absolutely gorgeous. It was clean, luxurious and takes your breath away. The breakfast experience was the best we had in Bali.

I didn’t like that when I ordered something to the room that the things didn’t come together but apart and we had to wait for each delivery to come, even though I ordered the stuff at the same time. The main pool was bombarded with kids pool toys with loads of kids when the kids pool was empty! I feel like the money I paid for our stay could not be enjoyed as we could not relax and enjoy the pool area. The check in and check out process took an hour which became dragged out and annoyed - a faster process will be welcomed.

A lovely oasis in Sanur

We loved the Andaz Sanur. The room was a generous size, clean and well appointed. The village area where all the restaurants opened into was green and lush as were the very well maintained gardens. The a la carte (all you can eat) breakfast was very good. The hotel main pool looks out to the beach and it’s peaceful to sit and watch the local fishermen each evening. You can stroll along the boardwalk to a few other hotels and restaurants. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Amazing

You have just fallen into the arms of luxury. We spent one night here prior to heading to Nusa Penida. The area is bustling with many shops and restaurants nearby. We wish we had stayed longer rather than mostly rainy Ubud. I left medication in our room and they held onto it for four days before I was able to return. Thank you so much. We absolutely loved this place. Special shoutout to Agung and all the beach staff who were so kind and friendly. The room was amazingly spacious and beautiful; a graceful blend of modern Balinese - would love to return and spend multiple days.

Wonderful and amazing stay

We loved everything. Resort set in an immaculate rainforest garden environment on the Sanur beach and shopping strip. Rooms large spacious and very well appointed and very special touches. King bed extremely comfortable. Breakfast was one of the best ever encountered accompanied by such polite, obliging and very professional staff. All staff are such a great asset to the resort which made our stay so memorable. Also access to great fitness centre at the adjoining Hyatt Regency. Would definitely return and highly recommend to those wanting to experience this level in Sanur you will pleasantly surprised,

Amazing hotel! Beautiful property and rooms. We had a pool view over the quiet pool so lovely. Breakfast is the best I’ve ever had so many incredible options. Lots of options for restaurants and room service after a big day beaching and in the pool. Great property for kids has a shallow pool and lots of pool toys. Poolside service is amazing you order from a QR code and they appear from nowhere. The most beautiful sunrise ever from the hotel loungers on the beach front. Have booked our next stay we can’t wait to come back.

Very cool project, design , comfort and quality of food , amenities and outstanding staff. The breakfast is a showtime , one of the best a have seen , quality of food and variety.

They gave me a wrong room type , taking a long time to change for the correct one , as a compensation they provided a late checkout. They should inform about the “turn down “ be on demand, which I was expecting to be automatic for this hotel category.

Everything! Can’t fault it! Clean, modern, fantastic location near the beach and boardwalk, great amenities including 3 pools and a kids club.

Minor point but the showers in the bathrooms are hopeless. You will be lucky if you can stand under the shower nozzle it is so low on the wall.

Fabulous property, can't recommend enough.

This was the most beautiful facility I have ever seen. The staff were incredible. I left all my valuables in the safe, and the staff went above and beyond to document them and get them back to me. I am so impressed and grateful. The breakfast was phenomenal also.

Some of the room details seemed a little "dated" already, despite being quite new. The showers especially. The beds were firmer than I expected which isn't entirely bad.
