From the moment we were greeted and welcomed with a unique welcoming experience and then personally taken to our large room we were very pleased with the lovely hotel resort. Large rooms with comfortable bed and large bathroom with bath, rain shower and held held shower. The settings are so lovely and the resort has a swimming pool. The staff in the hotel and in the restaurant (big thank you again Ayu) looked after us as if we were family and not just hotel guests. The hotel also has several spa type packages. We found this a friendly relaxing place to stay; In fact the best hotel in about 15 days Indonesia tour. THANK YOU to all the staff- your are so lovely🇳🇿

Loved the peaceful atmosphere. Always able to get a sun bed round the pool. Staff very polite and happy to help. Breakfast gorgeous. The room was huge and very clean.

Loved everything about this stylish property. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and the resort itself is calming and beautiful, a piece of peaceful paradise in busy sanur. They went above and beyond to help us celebrate our anniversary and birthday with so many special touches. Would have no hesitation recommending to all our friends.
