A pleasure as alway with friendly staff a bonus

I’m a regular visitor to the hotel and generally stay here because the room are generous sizes and facilities excellent.

Def worthy to go back

The breakfast was nice, would maybe put some "espresso" option instead of brik of brewed coffe and original confiture instead of mealty jam and liquid chocolate

Excellent service and lovely stay

The staff were fabulous, polite and friendly. The rooms were spacious and very clean. When we had a complaint about our room, the staff tried twice to resolve it. When they realized we still weren’t satisfied, they promptly changed our room. The breakfast buffet was always fresh and varied, and the food was delicious and well prepared. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to everywhere.

Good value for money, but more motel standard than hotel

The hotel staff are polite and constantly trying to be nice. The location - walkable to many restaurants, supermarkets and beach.

The room felt quite old, some areas could use better maintenance and cleaning. The room lighting is quite dark, the stairs are also not well lit. Gym access requires signing in and collecting a gym card, with a limit of 4 users at a time.

Amazing staff - suits all style of traveller.

The staff were fantastic very polite and helpful, included the kids in things and always happy. Lovely to see the same staff daily. Daily breakfast was great with a good variety. Pool towels avaiable easily. Spa onsite is great. Happy hour also. Lift worked well and fast. Clean pool with enough space for people to spread out. Wifi was strong. Resturants close and walkable. Umbrellas easy to access aswell. Rooms cleaned daily. Bottled water in the room too. The staff are the best part of this accommodation. Meals were affordable for a hotel aswell.

Balcony overlooked the road so we did not use it and extra pillows would have been helpful.

Loved the halaal buffet breakfast! Amazing food for lunch and dinner too. The property also has a spa on site and a wide variety of treatments at great prices. Staff were really lovely and helpful! Highly recommend.

Comfortable stay in the quiet part of Sanur

Vert comfortable and pleasant stay at Taksu. We have been in this part several times because it is nice and quiet but the first time in this hotel. The personell was very helpfull and friendly during our entire stay, which we extended with a couple of days.

The last day we had some issues with the airco which resulted in the room getting really moist. (also heavy rains did not help).

Wonderful boutique hotel by the beach

We are returning guests to Taksu Sanur hotel. We love the location of the hotel, the vibe, the staff who are always very welcoming, friendly, polite and helpful (especially Antari who is an absolute dream to talk with, and cannot do enough to help). The gardens are beautiful, the rooms are wonderful and spacious, cleaned well daily. The on site spa is not only great value, but has a wide selection of treatments available, so you don't have to leave the peace of the hotel to get a massage, manicure, facial etc. The breakfast always has a wide variety of local, international and continental options available and is open for nearly 4 hours each morning, with dishes replenished right until closing.

The shower is a fixed rainfall shower, and doesn't have a separate handheld option available, which is a minor annoyance as I don't want to wet my hair multiple times a day.

Very friendly and helpful staff.

We received a very friendly welcome at the hotel and the room was very comfortable. We were given a complimentary cocktail each and the bar staff were very friendly. The breakfast was pleasant and fairly varied.

I would have liked to see a greater selection of teas in the room and I would have also appreciated body lotion and conditioner.

Would only provide us with one umbrella per room. At breakfast (included in the price of the room) I asked for a pot of hot water and a tea bag on the side as their pre made tea is too strong and they said I would have to pay for the tea bag.

Friendliest staff we’ve encountered in our 3 week stay in Bali!

The staff really make this comfortable hotel truly wonderful - everyone gave us friendly greetings - even the garden maintenance staff. Big thanks to Fati and April and in particular Winartaa with his winning smile who went over and above to get us involved in their weekly cooking class and generously engaged in rich conversation about culture. We are at the hotel restaurant several times and everything was delicious. The hotel has some loungers/umbrellas at a clear part of the beach which is a 10min walk away but we preferred to chill poolside. I can also recommend the on site spa and had a few treatments there - deluxe facial by Putu was exceptional.

Excellent choice in Sanur

The hotel has an elegant lobby, and the staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. We had a spacious room overlooking the pool. It was sparkling clean and had everything we needed. The pool was lovely, nice and big with plenty of chairs. Breakfast offered plenty of choice. We had dinner one night, which was nice. There are lots of restaurants in the street, and it's about 10 minutes walk to the public beach down quiet streets. They have an arrangement with a cafe for beach chairs but we just hired them from the local guys.

We had a great time, staff were amazing, very friendly. The hotel was very clean and had great facilities. We’d definitely stay there again and would highly recommend. In a great area, on a quiet street with lots of restaurants in walking distance and 10 minutes walk to the beach.

Exceptionally Clean Hotel

Well kept and exceptionally clean hotel. The rooms are very large and well appointed. Staff are always smiling and go above and beyond to ensure you enjoy your stay. The breakfast isn't huge but changes each day and always plentiful. Taksu is in a good area with lots of good restaurants and warungs nearby.

The pool isn't very big therefore the sunbeds are taken pretty early. Our only gripe is they charge for a bucket of ice.....never experienced that before in 27 years of visiting Bali.

Modern and fine hotel in Sanur

Very modern Hotel, comfortable and clean, with nice pool and internal spa. We stayed only one night and we booked last minute, but we got a large suite for a reasonable price. Breakfast is a buffet with several options and good quality food. We particularly enjoyed the BBQ night with live music and Balinese dancing.

Prices for food and drink at the hotel are higher than average, but the quality was excellent.

The stay at Taksu Hotel was comfortable and had a relaxed atmosphere, with wonderful staff.

The bedding was clean and the beds were good. I enjoyed the body wash in the shower. The breakfast was a good selection.

The rails for getting into and out of the the pool was not very sturdy or secure. There were too few pool loungers next to pool when it got busy poolside .
