from contacting the hotel for a hotel airport pickup Brillant, to a room move to accommodate for my wife who was unable to climb stair the staff were very obliging, the breakfast was sensational, the onsite restaurant was so busy and bookings had to be made, what does that tell you, and value for money we will be back
hard to fault the premise, sorry one point no jug for tea or coffee in the room

The pool area was great, we only used one out of the 2 pools. Location near lots of eating places including beach area . Nice big balcony. I like the Balinese decor, gardens etc.
The room basic with old bathroom. Bathroom definitely needs to be renovated. Reception staff were not as friendly or helpful as I would assume them to be in SE Asia.
