Except Looking to the left of reception , but l don’t think it’s a biggy Maybe employees could translate communication difficaulties on there phone. English to Balinese. As sometimes it was difficult to communicate. But staff always tried very hard to please

Small and homely

The check-in procedure is BAD because there is no reception staff and the procedure was not made clear to me at booking or on the day of arrival. A keycode is required to access a lock box and they dont give you this code ahead of time ONLY once you are there and contact them via message (which can take time) and would be stressful if you didnt have mobile reception. The bathroom flooded because of the drain. There were dead mosquitoes squashed into the walls that had not been cleaned up, but atleast there was a plugin bug killer.

Despite it being a small boutique momestah, it didn’t scrimp on the little extras that sets 5 star aaccomodation apart. Things like tea &coffee. Bathroom extra, glasses plus cups and saucers erc. Ibespecially liked the Hapanes theme.

It’s a little far to the Centre and the Gra.b Driver on 3 occasions, Could t find the property . Some additional street signage would certainly help

I liked its location, the bedding was nice and the room was well appointed with furniture, fridge, kettle and complimentary teas and coffee. The TV was a nice addition

The bathroom had 5+ air fresheners that made it difficult to breathe from all of the artificial fragrance in the air. It did not cover up the smell of urine in the toilet nut only added to the indoor air pollution. I did not like the lack of windows in the room and bathroom.
