Kolonial House

Lovely accommodation and very friendly staff. We only stayed for one night but it seemed like a great place for a longer stay. The yoga studio that is linked to this hotel is brilliant.

MY single room was very small and I am not a fan of outside bathrooms.

2nd time staying at kolonial House. This time staying in room two which I loved the high ceiling and colonial style furniture. It is also not far from the water fountain which was a relaxing background noise. Four poster bed was cool and mattress was decent. The whole accommodation has a quiet serene vibe which makes it a great base to come home to. Tried the salt water pool on this trip which was refreshing.

The toilet cistern would randomly start filling up in the middle of the night which would wake me up. Its a Bali plumbing thing that you need to accept when visiting Indo. The fan is also an old one which means on low the motor has a loud hum, I got used to it and could sleep but light sleepers may find it hard.

We booked for just 1 night as our flights changed - they were happy to accommodate a late checkin Breakfast was lovely, fresh fruit, yoghurt & muesli Outdoor shower was lovely Pool area was lovely too Loved being visited by the resident cat & Runty the dog
