Very good facilities and clean, comfortable room. Staff were very attentive and communicative and ensured we had a vegan breakfast prepared. Good central area. Great shower!

We had a wonderful experience at the Arthotel.
The staff were amazing, always smiling and helpful!Our room was very comfortable and there was a fabulous shower in the bathroom.
Breakfast was delicious with a lot of choices.
The location was perfect and the infinity pool was so good!

Architecture. Dark. No remote for aircon. Hated the fact that the Tv automatically turned on with setting to inappropriate music every time entered room. It is a little thing that caused me great annoyance. In fairness the staff were quick to disable it. The staff are excellent but the facility is not what I expected in a Bali setting.
