Lovely quiet place in the heart of Sanur. 15 min walk to the Mertasari beach. Very kind host, comfortable bed and just a very cozy entourage. Including a one pit hob, water cooker and fridge.

1. Hot water from the shower only lasted for a few minutes, after that it's cold. I would recommend installing a larger boiler or something. 2. I would add a microwave to the inventory. I had cases where I had to try some local dishes, but some of them cooled down and there was no way to reheat them.

The owners and staff are really friendly and easy to communicate with. The rooms are cleaned twice a week and the grounds twice a day so everything is maintained. Everyone staying there was longer term so were all very respectful.

If you don't have a scooter the location isn't the best you will need to get a taxi to go anywhere because the road you have to cross to get to the main area is very busy. But the taxi are very cheap so wasn't an issue. My room was at the front of the property so there was a lot of road traffic noise in the mornings. I also had issues with the internet dropping in and out a lot. I would also suggest that the sheets and towels could use an upgrade.

Everything, Staff and owner very friendly and always smiling. Ask a question and it's answered. Very clean and comfortable. Location was quiet and peaceful. Apartments, gardens and pool constantly cleaned and ongoing maintenance making the place very presentable.
