The location, the cleanliness

Staff treatment is so bad. They are very lazy, not attentive to the costumers, every time I asked for something they dont show any willingness at all to attend to guest need. No sense of hospitality at all. Most of them just stay at the receptionist chattinng to each other, smoking, feet on the table. If they are not there they will sleep or nap in the room next to reception. Only 1 staff that does his work properly. I forgot his name, but I think he’s the most senior on the team

staff was helpful and friendly, beds toilet and general cleanliness is good, comfortable ac and great location near the beach and food. could ask for a drying rack to put outside to dry. convenience store beside. great price. will recommend.

no hairdryer which was essential since we went diving / to the beach everyday. can hear neighbors/ the road sometimes for light sleepers so bring earplugs.

Excellent hôtel sur Sanur. Les chambres sont spacieuses, confortables et modernes. Personnel très aimable, très bon service ! Même si il se trouve près de la grande route, les chambres sont très bien insonorisées. Je recommande !

Une petite odeur de canalisation dans la salle de bain. Mais sinon rien à signaler !
