InterContinental Bali Sanur Resort by IHG

It was very nice, very well situated. The service level could be improved though.

Too pricey, and i had a few hiccups from the front desk not being respectful, to mix ups in halal food.

الغرفة كانت واسعة وجميلة، السرير مريح جدا، المسبح كان رائع، والبحر كان اكثر روعة. المطعم على الشاطئ كان جميل، كتوفر كراسي تحت الاشجار الاستوائية الجميلة على البحر، متوفر تأجير جيت سكي وقوارب، خدمة الغرف كانت سريعة وجيدة.

الاسعار غالية بعض الشئ.

Beautiful rooms. Great location

Check in was later than 3pm which was not great after coming directly after a long flight.

The lobby area was stunning. The rooms - twin share ocean view had a magnificent terrace that was very comfortable and large. The location was good

The rooms were on first glance stunning but on closer inspection were shabby and not very clean. The shower was mouldy. The basin was not cleaned during our stay. The toiletries were of poor quality and limited. The blind was broken - they came and fixed it but it then had to stay up. The shutters were also in dire need of maintenance one side couldn’t be opened. There is no coffee machine. There was a bodum style coffee maker but only Nescafé instant sachet coffee. Cheap tea. I expected better from a 5 star resort. The pool was stunning keeping with the minimalist vibe. Not many sunbeds. Very limited poolside service - only 4 cocktails on offer. Menu ok. The private beach lounges had no shade, no umbrellas, were very old and shabby. There was no service down there. The gardens were minimalist. Had buffet breakfast only once. My daughter is coeliac and even though advised in advance and at the time they did not advise what was available and there was nothing marked as gluten free. The staff were polite but nut friendly. There was none of the Balinese famous hospitality. It was my birthday whilst I was there - they did do a lively message on the bed and put a small cake in the fridge - on check in day and in the day. That was lovely however but a single staff member says happy birthday. I wasn’t expecting it however at other resorts, especially 5 star ones, every staff member would say something It was an elegant resort but in sure need of some decent housekeeping and some staff training. Would I stay again? No. There are much better choices in Bali and Sanur in the same price bracket
