I was given a free upgrade which was greatly appreciated. The buffet breakfast is huge with lots of choice. The location is brilliant. The staff amazing 👏
The pillows were very thick - i ended up sleeping on a pile of my clothes. The fridge made a very large humming sound. Huge number of guests staying in the resort which can feel crowded around the pool and general areas.

Great location - a bit further away from the centre but easy to walk or bike along the beach front. It has a very Balinese style and lots of beautiful trees and gardens.

Room was not clean and needed a renovation. Invested with millipedes on the floors and bed
