the rooms are very spacious and the kitchen facilities are a plus if you prefer to prepare something since it is outside, in the balcony it doesn't feel cramped at all. You also have your balcony to seat and rest enjoying the beautiful garden /pool area

It was clean and tidy, our room was downstairs which was nice. The breakfast selection was great. Dealing with the staff was very nice. Very nice shower pressure and temperature. There was coffee and tea Facilities at the Room which was very handy. Smart TV was able to access YouTube.
There was a water leak at the toilet area on the floor, the moisture produce a tap smell in the room. It was a bit of distance from the main Sanur shops. My wife complained that’s a hairdryer was a bit small and not powerful enough.

Everything was clean, they have provided us with water, nice pool and a lot of cameras ( it didn't bother us). We staff is friendly but it was sometimes weird that they always asked where are we going😅 Overall good value for money and it was nice that they had Smart TV.
There wasn't a lot for breakfast options and the walls are thin, you can hear music from someplace else but it didn't bother us. The biggest problem is the location, we markets are far, restaurants far and the beach is also far. A lot of dogs outside hotel, one tried to follow me😅
