This was our second visit. We love the beach bar and the entertainment there. The rooms and grounds are well kept. All of the team were helpful and friendly..We never got a lounge seat at the main pool but there were plenty at the kids pool and along the beach.
The chicken satay at the bamboo beach bar is the best ever.
Walking along the beach and streets of Sanur are safe and enjoyable.

The location was great! Staff fabulous. Comfortable beds Breakfast was great, plenty of options esp for families. The Hotel had different cultural event on each night which was great for tourists and families. Big pools , seperate are for kids pool decked out with slides and fun stuff for kids. Adults without kid can relax quietly around the main big swim up bar pool. we views out to the ocean , dedicated deck chairs available to Parma guests on the beach under the trees or in the sun.
The rooms we a bit small as we took the standards room. Last time we stayed in a front room with ocean views and it was really nice. Next time I would pay the extra and have that room again.

Room 810 is in good condition but the electrics need revamping
The location was spot on
Great restaurant recently opened Lila Pantai is just about right next door, facing the ocean, turn left
New bowling club is a great asset
No usbs near the bed
Breakfast was very basic with not a lot of variety

Great amenities and play areas for families
We kept getting really sick from the food especially the buffet breakfast during our stay every day. Also the food and drinks were really expensive.
