The location is really really awesome it’s really peaceful and the pools are really great they let themselves down on the food and the beds are really hard although manageable you just ask for a mattress topper and you can’t sleep the night but I have got rheumatoid arthritis so found it a bit hard
I would’ve thought a five star hotel would have better food there bit of food around the hotel but yeah they really let themselves down on this area rooms are dated also but that’s handball if it was a comfy bed you wouldn’t mind

The location is fantastic, lots of food options and restaurants available onsite, the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The children loved the kids pool.
Bathroom a little on the small side for a superior double.
