Really enjoyed the facilities and choices of eateries. The location was fantastic, nice and close to a main street. The staff were awesome.

The beach club was a little overpriced and the drinks we ordered were not cold.

Lovely stay in a true Balinese resort beachside

Right on the beach walk which is awesome. Lovely big pool with lots of seating but we were there pre peak period so might be harder to get beds by the pool if it was busy.

It is an older property, hence the room rates but it was great for us for the 2 nights.

Excellent sanur hotel

Area is nice and quiet, hotel is clean and well maintained. All the restos provide ample choices of meals for our 3D2N stay. Much nicer overall than kuta.

Shop vendors came to the beach front area touting to bring guests to their shops. Overpriced to a scam level (USD 100 for a street sarong which costs less than $10 at sanur market). Not under hotel control but guests should beware.

excellent value for loaction and facilties

Location excellent near great restaurants-many choices. Great day spas located nearby and at the resort but did not use theirs. pool area was huge and never felt crowded and was peaceful. No pressure trying to get a sunlounge unlike other resorts.

Location was good at south end of town. Loved the pool and swim up bar. Staff very friendly. A quick walk out the driveway and there were many options for food. Nice little corner store at end of driveway so you can pick up most things, snacks, ice cream. Etc.Larger supermarket 5 minute walk down the rd for anything else. Sunrise was awesome.

Renovations were being done to the rooms next to ours. There was no noise as we weren’t in the rooms during the day but it would have been nice to be told. Left swimmers on the balcony to dry and they got covered in sawdust from the sanding of balcony hand rails. Nothing really to do for our teenage kids. But it 2 pools and we went shopping a lot so they were happy.

Has so much potential to be fantastic with very minor changes but ultimately fell short.

We liked the egg station and the variety of the breakfast. We really enjoyed the evening entertainment on the beach. The late check out time of 12pm was great without feeling rushed to get out. 24 hr room service after arriving late was great.

The waterslides were out of action and under maintenance (this should have been disclosed to us with a young family). The big difference in cost for things like coffee, laundry and bike rental. We felt we had to go offsite to get a reasonable rate. Would have happily paid normal rates but inflating them for guests is a bad experience.

Typical Bali mid range accommodation - lovely staff

Great location on the beach with lovely pool and sun lounges on the beach. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was very good. Lots of choice.

Rooms were very dated and bathroom had mould on doors and walls. We upgraded because our aircon and toilet were not working properly and this was very easy to do. Staff were very accommodating. Second room was better but still had mould in bathroom. Room otherwise was clean. Would pay a little bit more to stay in better resort.

There was no shuttle to the Main Street which was hard to walk along due to roadworks. The shower didn’t drain so we had a bath too. Complimentary toiletries weren’t topped up daily. We stayed 5 days and only got first day and last night. It was noisy with rennovations and doors slamming shut around us.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our trip to Sanur Bali. The three twin rooms were very comfortable, and perfect for our group of six. The buffet breakfast had many choices and catered for multiple global travelers. The gardens and pool areas were very pleasant and well maintained. There were multiple restaurants within the grounds, and there was entertainment most nights down at the Bamboo bar and on the beach. Highly recommend.

Can't think of anything that I didn't like about the hotel and overall stay.

Catfished by this hotel. Don't be fooled by the pictures. There are nicer hotels dotted around.

I liked the fact that it was close to alot of restaurants, and shops.

We got catfished by this hotel. close to 5 star ratings, great comments, Entry is glam. The room was filthy, when we first checked in - the towels smelt like they hadn't been washed, the bathroom was filthy and had what looked like the remanence of Bali Belly all over it, the bin absolutely stank, and the bedding felt wet, when I explained this to the staff, they sent someone to clean the room and replace the towels. The cleaning was completed and there were still vomit stream marks down the walls etc. The silver plate that sits over the toilet roll was grimy and the wall next to the toilet had marks all over it. We told them again. They sent someone again, and still it was not clean. The kids pool is tired and there were tiles broken or sticking up all around the pool perimeter. kids were stubbing their toes and hurting themselves. We had family staying in the room right next door, and friends down the hallway. Their bathroom was not as dirty, but not clean. I spoke with some other guests who were staying on the other sie of the hotel and said it was beautifully renovated inside the rooms. How did we end up on this side with 9 people in our booking party, I thought the odds of this being the case for everyone was slim to none, however they were all saying it seemed dirty. Even the coffee for the room was like it was supposed to be perculated. and the mugs were dirty and spoons look like they had been licked and replaced. We tried discussing this dissatisfaction with the staff and when I said can we be put into the nicer section because no one can clean these rooms apparently - one of the staff looked over at me and laughed. I am still puzzled about her reaction to my statement. Is she laughing because she agrees or because she thinks I am being silly. They said we could move but we would have to pay $70 per person to move into a bigger room. We were taken to the room, and the room was just as grubby. There I more to say, I have run out of room.

Absolutely loved it

We absolutely loved our stay at Prama. We got a complementary upgrade to the corner suite which was a great room, lovely beach views, close to kids pool and play area, huge balcony. We will definitely upgrade to this room next time. Location is amazing right on the beach front with a lovely beach path, we hired bikes from the hotel and enjoyed riding to lunch, massages and Bali Icon shopping mall. Breakfast was delicious and staff are all very friendly. Kids club is complimentary which I only found out on the last day of our stay. We will 100% be back. Thank you!
