Close to everything with really friendly and helpful staff

It is located very close to Sanur beach and in the main road with access to everything local. The staff were so very friendly and accommodating, going beyond what they needed too. If you have the choice, definitely book the rooms with a pool as there is no common pool.

A great stay in a private pool villa/apartment.

My wife and I had a wonderful 6 night stay at Puri Hiromi Boutique Residence. Even though it's on the main road, our room was at the back of the property and was very peaceful and well maintained. It's in a great location just a short 5 minute walk to the beach with lots of Cafes, Warungs and Restaurants close by. The rooms are basically like apartments. We had a private pool room. It was very spacious with a lounge and kitchen, a big bedroom and bathroom. The room was spotless and well designed with a blend of modern comfort and a little Balinese charm. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. We especially loved having the private pool. Breakfast is served in your room. We would place our breakfast order the night before and the staff would delivered directly to our room at the time we requested. And they were on time each and every morning. Puri Hiromi Boutique Residence is great value for money and we would happily return!

Beautiful room in easy to each place to the port

Staff were lovely, super helpful, were there to let me check in late, helped with getting a cab. We had a beautiful breakfast laid out for us in the room. The room was big and spacious and so was the bed. Lots of extras laid out for us.

Just the building noises next door but they did pre warn us in good time so if we needed to cancel.we could.

Didn’t eat at the hotel. The hotel was good , very spacious , comfortable and had all we needed. The staff were very good.

Should have paid more attention when booking. A swimming pool was advertised but not available to us.

Not what I thought.

Location is good. Staff was absolutely lovely. Rooms are big.

The living room was ragged, not as the pictures show. The furniture in the living room had stains. The Air-conditioning is in the top two requirements in Bali, and the units were so old that the only way to get any cool air was to stand right under them. it was terrible, the living room was boiling 😭,and it was set to the coldest temperature possible. While this bit is not their fault at all, there is a big construction going on next door. Please stay elsewhere if you intend to sleep. They work through the night. What saved me was that i had a 1am flight, so i only needed the room for the day, I left at 11.30 pm and they were still going, I asked and was told that sometimes they go all night, or finish at midnight. We were told they would finish at 6 pm , then it was 9 pm, then it was midnight.... But that's not their fault, i understand, still, if you need sleep, it's probably better to go somewhere else.

It's the best, I'd go back again and again.

It's just fabulous! The rooms are gorgeous. The staff just really make the whole place, they're lovely. Across the road is a pathway to the beach.

There's a little gap in the sliding doors. Luckily thick drapes cover it but feel the mosquitoes can get in here. The latches on them are fiddly but high walls means it doesn't feel insecure. There's no bar or elderly access for pool, so you need someone to help or be agile. The music across road was so loud on a weekend, affecting my stay in one of the front rooms.

disappointed in the cost for what we actually stayed in

All the staff were amazing , friendly and very helpful , even communication prior to coming and also the drivers were wonderful from pick up at the airport (nice cold bottle of water), and transfer to our accommodation in Legian. Great Location to restaurants and beach access . The fridge was nice and cold a full size with an ice tray to freeze . The airconditioner worked amazing. I feedback our concerns to the website and received a lovely email back acknowledging our disappointment. The staff told us prior to us coming that their was renovations happening next door and maybe noisy , it was but at least they told us.

did not look anything like the photos on the web pages or booking pages it is very out dated and run down with many things falling apart paint chipping off walls power point in kitchen falling off rust and mould around the pool Wooden panels above the pool on outside falling off and need of repair lounges stained and marks on them carpet/rug dirty , stained and marks on them kitchen table marked with many stains screws holding wooden panels up indoors instead of being fixed doors out to the pool very hard to lock , therefore we could not use them Pool lounges were so uncomfortable that we couldn't use them, i did ask for something and the staff tried to accommodate with a cushion of the entrance chairs but this did not work. Pool lounges did not have shade so hard to lay outside The step into and out of the pool was so huge i struggled to get out and found it quite difficult and dangerous. No bedside table on one side of the bed A key to the safe felt inadequate as we thought anyone else could have a copy of the key We didn't realise the villa above us had people in it and they could see us in our pool , which was disappointing as we thought our villa was private. Breakfast was very basic

The apartment is huge, we have travelled for our honeymoon and they made sure we had a special stay with all the flowers. The breakfast is delivered to the room which is very comfortable. The airco worked well, and the staff is super nice. The location is great, close to restaurants and the beach.

Room was suffering from a lack of maintenance. Large glass windows were dirty, and barely any of them opened. The corners where the sliding windows were out of plumb, and left gaps (some large). I’d hate to be here in a wind storm. Vanity was terrible, as you couldn’t hang over it due to the large protruding mirror unit. Couldn’t try the outdoor area, as the stiff sliding windows/doors prevented getting outside. The dark interior was traditional, but despite some lights, packing your bag at nights is best done by braille (or leave it to the day time when you can see what you’re doing).

Great place to say and after traveling and staying at a number of hotels in Indonesia it was fantastic to sleep in a bed with a top sheet not just a duvet also appreciated face cloths in the bathroom.

Staff were excellent!

Location opposite 2 restaurants who played extremely LOUD music every night ….terrible, couldn’t sleep till they shut up. Location is at southern end of Sanur, would have been better to be at the other end . Building is looking old , , lots of rust and paint coming off needs refurbishment.

Good location, ok breakfast included, comfy bed

The location of the villa was in the Main Street. We had a villa at the back of the property. Sanur is quiet after 8pm so noise wasn’t an Issue. The walkway to the beach is directly across the road. The pool was clean and refreshing to swim in. The king size bed and pillows were comfy. Good block out curtains in the bedroom

The villa is dated but it was still clean. The bathroom/ toilet was separated by frosted glass doors to the bedroom so there was no privacy. The tiles steps in the pool were quite slippery. Breakfast was substantial but not to our liking. There was no PowerPoint in the bathroom and toilet paper couldn’t be flushed.

Just had a short stay here but really enjoyed it. Beautiful room just as pictured, very clean and comfortable. Great location across from a path that takes you right down to the beach. The staff are very friendly and they arranged transportation from the airport when we arrived. Would definitely stay here again!

Far exceeded expectations. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the accommodations were exceptional. We practically lived in the beautiful pool right outside the villa. The breakfast was delicious and value priced.
