Perfect location close to a lot of amenities via Grab and short walk. Staff could NOT do enough to help you, special shoutout to Erik who made our stay and departure smooth, efficient and just seamless from start to finish. Villas are perfectly furnished, very spacious and perfect for any length of stay.

Nothing, perfect stay!

We really enjoyed the villa itself. It was private, spacious, and gave us a relaxing place to unwind during the day. The private pool was a highlight, and we loved being able to lounge in our own courtyard away from the crowds. The staff were also fantastic. They were friendly, responsive, and went out of their way to help us with anything we needed, including arranging a motorbike rental, organizing our laundry, and accommodating a late check-out. The service throughout our stay was excellent.

Unfortunately, what significantly impacted our stay was the constant schedule of events held at the property. During our five-night stay, there was an event every single night. Two Sweet 17 birthday parties, and 11yo birthday, another kids party, etc... Each afternoon, event setup began around the shared outdoor areas, followed by DJ sound checks from approximately 3:00 pm. The parties and music then continued until around 10:00 pm each evening. As a result, we were unable to enjoy many of the property's facilities during the afternoons and evenings. We specifically chose this property because it was marketed as a romantic and relaxing destination. However, the noise levels and constant activity meant that from around 5:00 pm onwards, the atmosphere was anything but peaceful. Large groups of people, DJs, and loud music were located directly outside our villa, making it difficult to relax or enjoy the space we had paid for. What was most disappointing was that we were not informed about these events before arrival. Had we known that events would be taking place every night of our stay, we would likely have chosen different accommodation. We felt compelled to leave the property most evenings because the environment was not conducive to relaxation, which meant we couldn't fully enjoy the villa's kitchen, outdoor living spaces, or the private retreat experience that had attracted us to book in the first place. To the hotel's credit, management did offer us a complimentary dinner for two after we raised our concerns. We appreciated the gesture, but given the noise and event atmosphere, we chose to dine elsewhere. Overall, the villa and staff were wonderful, but the lack of transparency regarding the nightly events had a significant impact on what we had hoped would be a peaceful and romantic holiday.

Very big space for a family of 4 to enjoy

The swimming is so deep, very unsafe for kids or even adults. Not suitable to bring kids and stay here
