A fab location in well maintained resort

Location, size of resort not to overwhelming, restaurant food not over priced and great taste, rooms clean staff great. I can only find one minor critique the happy hour cocktails a bit sweet 🍹🤗

Lovely place

The beach is wonderful and all the different pools. Good setup.

We had to wait till 15 h until we could check in In the low off season with a small occupancy that isn’t nice, we understand there is a certain time when it’s busy. After a 20+ hour flight we ask if we could have the room a little earlier to take a shower. The reception told no problem, probably they didn’t communicate it to the check in guests relation counter. Time after time they would check but zero communication. My 80 year old mother was very exhausted.

The egg guy

Immaculate

The pool bar had no atmosphere and felt boring and outdated compared with the rest of the buildings. The egg man at the buffet was rude and, for someone with one job, could not cook an egg properly. I’m not a cook, but even I can manage eggs every way possible.

Better room is a better option here.

Amazing resort and beautiful wide beach that is not common to all places in Sanur. Only Puri Santrian and Hyatt have a private large beach. Food is good, a bit too much adapted to European standards. You have yoga morning classes included.

Book high floor and renewed rooms. Some rooms use aroma therapy to hide the mold odor, so don't trust that trick. I didn't liked the low category rooms neither Santrian club, but from Deluxe room to suite all is ok. All area in Santa probably have some water problems, low pressure and when rain season can stink a bit, but remember you are in Bali, move on and smile.

Great Hotel in a peaceful location.

The Santrium club was perfect for us, with no young parents to allow their little darlings to run amok. Peaceful and relaxing.

A bit far away from our usual Sanur nightspots, but nothing a short taxi ride didn’t fix.

My favourite stay, anywhere in the world!

I LOVE the Puri Santrian, the best place I've ever stayed at. I have been coming back since my first visit in 1998. It is a special place, nestled elegantly amongst the plants and trees, with exceptional facilities and delightful staff. You could argue that some of the decor in the rooms is starting to get a bit tired, but this pales in to insignificance with the overall experience; a truly special place!

3 swimming pools, right size, Balinese atmosphere. Friendly staff everywhere. Excellent breakfast. Location on the beach with nice opportunity to walk all along the beach with many eating and drinking places!

We loved our stay, the pools/gardens/staff/room were so nice as well as the beach frontage.

The breakfast was in a nice location, all the staff were very nice and polite.

The breakfast was a little average with choice and not presented nicely along with food that should be hot was cold in the Bain-marie's. When we were there it seemed understaffed and every morning it was a mission to get served with coffee/tea served with milk, tables were not cleaned quickly after previous guests left their table.

Relaxing place in beautiful garden. Staff is fantatsic!!

Perfect location, right on the beach. Incredible staff and service. We were assigned a room in the ‘club - adults only’ part and the room didn’t meet out expectations. Without a single question we were moved to a much better room, within minutes! Everything for a smile. Breakfast buffet is very good!

Could not recommend MORE. Relax and be completely taken care of!!

Immaculately clean. The staff could not do enough for us! Food was excellent. Whether we wanted traditional Balinese, Asian or Western, all the food was delicious and generous and always served with a beautiful smile! Breakfast was plentiful and varied. Didn’t matter which staff member you spoke to and whether it was their job or not, they would help you or find someone that could. Could not recommend more. We felt like Royalty!

We stayed at 4 properties in the 21 days in Bali and Puri Santrian beach is one we will book again Location is perfect between the street and the beach and so much quieter than Kuta and legion but still active enough for us The staff are so very lovely and helpful. Food is good value and prices are comparable with others in Bali And I love the bike/running/ walk path on the beach side of the resort Loved this place

The pathways around the property need leveling… and I know they have had a lot of rain and this could have caused the damage

It was a great spot but potentially the following could be looked into: - there’s a big problem with mosquitoes in the area we stayed in. Staff do a great job with fogging and we kept our door closed. My only suggestion would be that staff also keep the door closed coming in and out as well. I know it’s easier to leave it open for cleaning and coming and going, but it does bring in a lot of mosquitoes and our small son kept getting bitten during the night. Other that that, we are so grateful for the staff for our experience.

Good beach location, also close to shops/restaurants, and a quick taxi ride from Bali Icon. Staff were exceptional and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Grounds were immaculate, plenty of pool/chair lounges. Good breakfast options.

Our Premier rooms were a little bit tired, but still very comfortable and full of charm. Beds were a little bit too hard for my liking.

Perfect place for relaxation

Premier deluxe room on the third floor was really large and modern. Choice of 3 pools, one exclusive for premier deluxe guests. Variety of choices for buffet breakfast. Friendly staff. Beautiful grounds.

Water pressure in the shower was a little weak and temperature control was tricky. Wifi in room dropped out a little.

Super frendly stuff, varied and tasty breakfast buffet, pools. All hotel area in nice Balian's style.

There was not showers at pool area but pools were always clean.
