A place that feels like home

We loved this place. From the moment we arrived we felt at home. The atmosphere is warm and genuinely family-like. The staff are incredibly kind and attentive, always smiling and making you feel welcome. Service is caring without ever being intrusive. The food is very good, fresh and prepared with attention, and the whole experience feels authentic and personal. One of those places you don’t visit only once during your stay — you come back because it simply feels good to be there. Highly recommended!

Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Room was clean with comfortable bed and an abundance of top quality pillows. I didnt use the pool but it was clean. Breakfast was basic but served with love.

An oasis of calm

A beautiful oasis of calm away from the hustle and noise of the road, clean and quiet with a good breakfast. We spent a lot of time relaxing there.

It was a bit of a walk to the restaurants down unlit alleys and it was awful on the roads as all of the pavements were being replaced which made it very dangerous especially after dark, not of course thier fault.

Kembali Lagi is a lovely peaceful oasis with a limited number of guests an attentive care from the staff. The courtyard is cool, beautiful and welcoming with a refreshing pool of cooling off. All the rooms have gauzy mosquito curtains in addition to heavier light blocking curtains, so it is possible to have the doors open do fresh air and gauzy curtains closed for privacy and mosquito protection. The other guests were friendly and the place felt connected rather than anonymous, which was nice.

We had some noise from a family with young kids coming through a (locked) door, and their upstairs room above us, meaning we woke early and didn’t have as much quietness in the afternoon. The walls were very thick and fairly soundproof otherwise.

I had some work to do and there wasn't really a space to set up fully, but it's close to cafes and so it suited me well.

Would 10/10 recommend to others - great value for money, daily breakfast was delicious and room very comfortable.

Staff were so friendly, kind and helpful. Very serene spot away from the hustle and bustle - felt like an oasis when you stepped inside.

It was about a 7-8min walk from the Main Street, as a solo female traveller felt a bit isolated walking home in the dark.

Cleanliness!! Rooms and linen were spotless. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Gardens and greenery were beautiful.

We had the room closest to the kitchen so things were a little noisy from 7am - just guests eating breakfast and chatting right outside our door. If you’re an early riser it wouldn’t be an issue.

Luxury feel without a big price tag

Our stay was very comfortable. 2 adults and 3 children (10, 8 and 2 yo). 2 year old slept in a cot provided. Bedrooms upstairs were spacious and beautifully decorated in Balinese style. 4 poster bed was comfortable. Kid beds were very good too in a separate room. Bathroom with shower. Kitchen and lounge area downstairs were great. Good air conditioning to cool down. Staff were lovely and brought our breakfast at 6.30 to our room, we were leaving at 7am. Stairs at the top had child gates.

First part of the stairs didn’t have rails, a bit scary when you are with kids.

Older villa, not that close to the beach or Icon shopping centre.

The guest house was well located and comfortable. The staff waited until fairly late as our flight was delayed. A simple older Bali villa, clean, and well presented.

The bedroom door opened into the next door villa. The family staying in the villa came home late and made a lot of noise in the kitchen around 11pm. Only 2 tables are available at breakfast time. We had to wait 20 minutes for the villa family to finish breakfast before we could have ours.

A One night booking I wish I had never made

The staff were excellent and attentive even considering some of the difficulties they had to deal with.

The room was the smallest I have ever booked. The shower was in the toilet which was also very small. The hand basin is in the main room. The AC rattled all night The breakfast area had only 2 tables which were full when I arrived. I was amazed that they scored so high on reviews, maybe the other rooms are better.

A lovely property. A short walk to the main street and beach that some guests may not prefer.

Anita at Reception was very welcoming and Wayan made us a lovely breakfast. My friend was a little unwell, so she brought a breakfast tray to our room for my friend. I ate in the pool area, which is always perfect. Thank you Wayan and Anita.

The only small thing is that I would have liked a handrail at the very bottom section of the stairs in our 2 level suite. The handrail starts a short way from the ground floor.

Kembali Lagi is a gorgeous Balinese style guesthouse set around a beautiful pool and tropical trees. It was very clean and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were all lovely and welcoming. The breakfast was great. It was great value for money.

Relaxing oasis in Sanur

Stopped in at kembali lagi for one night before heading over to Lembongan. The property is beau fully serene. The moment you walk through the gate you feel relaxed. The room was huge with a nice bathroom. The breakfast was also lovely and we could walk to lots of places for dinner. Staff were super helpful and arranged the taxis we needed. Very nice stay!

A perfect place to start our holiday, would stay again!

Such a gem of a property. Booked it for a two night stay in Sanur prior to us getting a ferry to the Gili’s and booked purely on the reviews here and was not disappointed at all. It’s tucked away, quiet and well maintained. The staff are incredible nothing is too much trouble and they arranged airport transfers for us too that were competitively priced.

Nice little place

We had a family suite, which was very spacious and a deluxe room that had a connecting door- this was ideal for us as we are a family of 4 plus grandparents so the set up was great and not really easy to find in Bali. The staff were lovely and helpful and breakfast was nice.
