just cross the street there is the station Turin Porta Susa, room excellent no noise from the street below, absolutly clean and confy bed, supreme staff and custom. I used for just one night becasue an early morning Frecciarossa departure to Paris but could be an excellent Hotel to stay more days to visit Turin as Turin is ofter understated as a "gioiello Italiano" and the Egyptian Museum, the Largest Egyptian artifacts collection outside Egypt ( artifacts bought and not looted by the Italians Aristocrats in the 1800 from the Egyptian people). I strongly reccomend this hotel and the price is absolutly reasonable for that location.
Breakfast could be improved with more quality stuff and and extend the choise of what they offer although the staff, if asked, will compensate if any request is done, has it happened in my case.

I liked everything: location, it was warm on winter time, clean, calm, shower worked very well.
Nothing.

the hotel says it has parking but in reality it has only 3 parking spaces at the front of the building and when we arrived all of them were taken and we had to park it in a facility 1 km away.
strange noise was coming out of the ventilation of the bathroom the whole night
very bad beds
no extra blankets

Comfortable hotel near Turin Porta Susa station. Spacious room with a comfortable bed. The staff were pleasant and helpful.
Room lacked a kettle or other means of making a hot drink and the public areas were a little tired.

It is very handy for Turin station (Porta Susa), via an underpass.
I was initially disappointed with the room as it was nothing like the pictures, but the lady on reception gave us a different one which was great. She also recommended a really good authentic trattoria just along the road.
There was a bit of street noise at night, fine with the windows closed though.

good location if you are staying overnight and using the train station at Porta Susa. large room, comfortable bed, big bathroom. Fifteen minute stroll into the old centre of Turin which was very nice.
obviously there was a train line running directly under the hotel as it started rumbling early in the morning, it could be heard until late evening and I think the first one the following morning was around 5.15am. My wife didn,t really notice it but being a light sleeper I did although we had to be up quite early so it wasn't a great issue.

Close to the train station. Balcony. Large rooms.
Strong chemical smell when we first entered the room, which was unnoticeable in few hours.

It's hard to mention anything. Neither the staff, nor the room or the breakfast met any—however low—standard. Maybe the location: it's next to a railway station. And the fact that the price of the room has been raised afterwards(!) only by 50%, not 200%.
The unsuspecting traveller (UT) is first confronted with the penetrating smell of some strawberry-like artificial odour in the building—and is unsure whether it emanates from some cheep cleaning agent or bargain room perfuming. Anyhow, it has been applied ad nauseam.
And there are the mysterious transmutations. The duvet cover has been replaced by a second sheet. State-of-the-art windows have been substituted by 20th century wooden fenestration desperately trying to damp the noise of up to seven traffic lanes outside. The sleep mode of the AC unit has simply disappeared. The electrical cabinet is transubstantiated into a loudspeaker emitting disturbing 50 Hz humming. The comfy bed has turned into a human body powered creack generator. Small wonder that UT, when complaining in the small hours about this noise rendering sleep impossible to the night portier, perceives him as a stern seargant unable to offer him a quiter room in the (allegedly) fully booked hotel. (Strangely enough, UT was offered another room early next morning.)
UT managed to escape this hotel after this sleepless night—he merely had to pay one and a half times the agreed price for this one night—and is more and more convinced that all these rumours about supranatural forces in Turin must have a grain of truth in them.

Ideal location to get around the city

It is quite easy to reach them by car. There are 5 parking spots in front of the hotel for their guests. For a quite reasonable price, we had luck that we could use one of them. The whole building and interoir is bit older, could be renowated a bit. But acctually that older equipment gives some extra charm to the stay.
It was almost impossible to sleep in our room faced on the quite busy avenue. We really heard every motor bike and car "racing the avenue" due to very poor sound insulation of the room. There are no sealings on windows at all... Sleeped at most four hours after a very long car journey on previous day was not experience that makes us happy.
Also breakfast could be better. At least with hot dishes more freshly prepared and warm enough.

It was right beside the train station so was handy for arriving and leaving. It was able to accommodate 4 in one room which suited our group. I was glad they had natural yoghurt as an option at breakfast.
There was a mild smell when we checked in in the room that didn’t bother us after a few minutes but isn’t the most ideal welcome.

Staff was excellent. Very friendly and helpful with directions and getting a late night bite to eat. Loved the buffet breakfast. 15 minute walk to city center
The only downer was that it got kinda hot and stuffy and we could not get the room cooled down without opening windows to a busy street

Very friendly and comfortable hotel near Porta Susa Station.

The room was pretty large but the furniture layout made it feel a bit cramped (there were 4 single beds where 3 would have left a nice amount of room to move around. The location is excellent if you were looking to get a train from Porta Susa station. The staff were very nice and helpful. I was able to book parking in advance for my bike in a secure area.

Good for Porta Susa station
Not much to like here. It was dirty, incredibly old fashioned (only one plug socket in a triple room), noisy (both the road outside and inside the hotel), too hot (broken air conditioning). Our room hadn’t been cleaned properly, smelly sushi was left behind in a cupboard. Confused by the reviews saying anything positive, and by reports that this is a budget hotel. It was really expensive. The above would have been acceptable in a cheap hotel but for over 400 euro for one night it was absolutely awful. Bathroom window overlooked the train station entrance and had no frosted glass or window covering. Just awful.

Conveniently located adjacent to Torino Porta Susa railway station for an early train. The room was large. Breakfast was very good. The restaurant next door also provided a very good supper.
Our room was excessively hot. The manager told us the air conditioning couldn’t be turned on because this is Italy!? Our only option was to open a window and put up with loud traffic noise all night. We compromised by opening the window until we couldn’t stay awake any longer, and then closed it for the rest of the night. We didn’t sleep well. The manager’s unhelpful attitude was very disappointing as other staff had been helpful and welcoming.

Very nice location with buses, a central train station and metro line just outside the hotel. The breakfast was awesome.
Unlucky the hair dryer was out of service, we informed the front desk but due to being a weekend i believe it would be diffucult to repair.
