I overall had a positive experience, with a few notable drawbacks.
One of the biggest advantages is the location. The hotel is conveniently situated near Torino Porta Susa train and metro station, making it very easy to get around. The surrounding neighborhood is pleasant and lively, with a good selection of restaurants, cafés, a very popular gelateria, and even a Scottish pub. It’s also an easy and enjoyable walk to the city centre, which adds to the appeal.
Another strong point is the staff. Both the front desk and housekeeping teams were consistently professional, efficient, and very friendly, which made the stay more comfortable and welcoming.
On the downside, rooms facing the main street can be extremely noisy when opening the windows, since A/C was not in use due ambiental regulations.. Additionally, breakfast felt somewhat chaotic, especially during busy times. It seems that more staff would help improve the overall organization and experience in this area.

We were very close to the station and the city center. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel is a very nice authentic building.

It is quite easy to reach them by car. There are 5 parking spots in front of the hotel for their guests. For a quite reasonable price, we had luck that we could use one of them. The whole building and interoir is bit older, could be renowated a bit. But acctually that older equipment gives some extra charm to the stay.
It was almost impossible to sleep in our room faced on the quite busy avenue. We really heard every motor bike and car "racing the avenue" due to very poor sound insulation of the room. There are no sealings on windows at all... Sleeped at most four hours after a very long car journey on previous day was not experience that makes us happy.
Also breakfast could be better. At least with hot dishes more freshly prepared and warm enough.
