Comfort, care and a perfect location

We traveled from Madrid and were very satisfied with the hotel. The staff was pleasant. We loved the cleanliness, attention to detail, and how well the room was prepared. The location was also excellent. We would definitely stay again if we return to Turin.

Nice hotel on a perfect location! Not to busy and enough nice restaurants and shops around. The breakfast was perfect and I really enjoyed the space in my room!

Overall NH quality, cleanliness and quality of the hotel including very nice and available stuff. Room size was ok.

The price was a bit too high considering the room was also without breakfast. The bed divided into 2 single, even if I asked for the double bed.

One night in Torino for the super finals champions league volleyball 2023

Actually a good hotel. Simple and clean. Not too old. Good breakfast.

The price. I understand the game of supply and demand. We were there for the super finals champions league volleyball. The room was really overpriced in my opinion. It was a pity that the restaurant was closed.

Room immaculate. Breakfast: a possible gluttonous feast every morning.

An irritating feature was the motion-sensor light above the mini bar that would come on even when my wife moved her foot out of the bed. The problem was fixed immediately we brought it up with the Front Desk

Great Experience in Turin

We had a very good experience this weekend. We had a smooth and friendly check in process. The room was very clean and fit our needs. Although this hotel is not necessarily in the city center, it was close enough to walk to the different attractions and shops in the city. The hotel had private parking, which is sometimes a difficult thing to find in cities like this. In general, great value for money.

Nice hotel - a brisk 25-30min walk to Torino centro

The hotel was nice and presentable at reception and the rooms were a good size.

1.Our bathroom floor was dirty with hair under the sink on the floor. 2. I didn't realise the hotels allowed pets in rooms - which if I knew I would never have booked it as I suffer from allergies.This should be clearly advertised when booking. 3. I for some reason was sure I had breakfast included in my booking price esp as I spent 150 euros for one night but I hadn't.
